If you have a corp that matches the following or if you, like me are looking for one, then please post below or convo me in game:
1) A low tax rate.
2) At least 5 players on throughout the day.
3) Players generous enough to allow new players to mission/mine with old.
4) A base with a high quality level 4 agent away from Motsu (e.g. sakk or kaimon) and out of Gallente space.
5) No pressure to pvp.
6) No political decisions taken without corp agreement.
7) A commitment to help members make money as fast as possible.
8) A wish to move to l5 / Cosmos missions as quickly as safely possible.
Sounds simple but I'm having difficulty finding it. If you want to co-found such a corp or you already own one please post below.

I would like to think that we tick all those boxes for you.
Purify could be what you are looking for. As you will see from the site we have goals that we all want to achieve and we work togeather to reach them.

I don't speak for HWHI and WSC, however, we mainly do industry (making expensive stuff) but as an aside many of us do level 4 missions, cosmos, exploration, mining etc..
I just noticed we would probably fulfil some of your points. Its not often you see people looking for PVE corps.
Though like most corps its up to you to discover how you best make money.

Hey Tranka... Check out Sanctuary.. We definately tick off your requirements..
Although most of what you see as far as our recruitment and website as far as being industry based.. We do have alot of hardcore PVE lvl 4 runners on throughout the day..
Anyways give us a check and we'll take it from there..

Let me just elaborate on point 5:
You can participate in any or none of the PVP ops that are run. You alone decide on what role you want to fill. We have members who just mine, other just mission run. But with the knowledge they have people they can trust and rely on for help if and when needed.

If you like mission running with friends and working together when others need assitance, than you and your friends are welcome to join Warpcorp. We are a small (but quickly expanding corp), friendly, and fun with memebers from many different races and skill levels. We do mining ops and mission runs together, some of our experienced members are concentrating on expanding our resources majority of the time, but are always willing to help others . We are stationed deep in a 0.2 region area with many friends, so pirates aren't an issue, but always travel with caution. We have alliances with corps in IAC, aka Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate and are soon to be involved in that alliance. Generally widely respected, and also one of the biggest alliances in the game.... This means that you by joining our corporation, also become members of an alliance who like ourselves, wishes to excel. What we offer is this:
1) Acces to 0.0 space for hunting belt rats.
2) Access to three level 4 agents (always difficult and challenging) and level 2 and level 3 if desired.
3) We are not a corp that forces members to put RL assigned, we are understanding and enjoy having fun. We only ask that active members be loyal and willing to help fellow members and corp when asked. No one is forced or expected to, but it is appreciated and the same will be given in return.
4) Free Ammo, mods and well below discount price on ships when desired.
5) Access to lab, construction facilities, and variety of resources.
6) Use of Vent or TS for chatting or opps.
