CCP Oneiromancer	Posted - 2007.04.21 11:31:00 - [1] Since there are quite a lot of players having issues when trying to access the test server, here is where you can ask for help. 1. Account reactivation If your account on Tranquility was inactive when the current test server mirror was made, it will be inactive on the test server as well. If you reactivated it on Tranquility after that date and you want to do the same for Singularity, post here with your character name(s) for the account(s) you wish reactivated. Please be patient, although it is a fairly simple operations, only a few people can do it and they are generally busy. When your account has ben reactivated you will be notified with a reply in this thread. 2. Unbanning If you think you were banned unjustly from the test server or that the penalty was to harsh for what you did, you can ask here (nicely!) for your case to be reviewed. Please povide the relevant character name, the date of the ban and the reason that was given. However, DO NOT INSIST if you receive a negative answer. We might shorten the duration of the ban, but if we believe that what you did affected other players and us in a very negative manner we will not unban you just because you ask. Please keep it polite and don't troll. Likewise, you will be notified here of our decision.

Anyway i was banned a while back, got unbanned a few weeks ago after a check and that was all great, then after the new mirror i find i am banned again on sisi? I know this has nothing to do with payment or anything seems to have somehow gone back to being banned on it ages ago? Anyway thanks :D Caliata
