If the attacker podkilled someone on purpose, he/she will be banned. If it was an accident (e.g. trying to clean drones at beacons using smartbombs) he/she will be given a warning and then temporary banned for repeated offense, if such is the case. Be patient and polite when making your request.

Sorry to off topic in here, but one GM instated the missing skills, but I was training it back to, it said level 5 done but still had an ETA timer, and I cancelled skill and it went back to 4. Sorry to be a pain CCP.

Please don't start training again the skill you lost SP's in, it messes up things. If you report the loss during the week I usually get around to reimbursing it in the same day, but during the weekend I usually don't have access to my magic wand.
