Have you tried it much? Or are you speculating? It takes skill, and there is more to it than you realize.
You sound like the type of person that says "Try camping in 0.0 nubs" after losing your ship at a low sec gate lol.
No, no it wasn't intended on coming out the way it did. I personally prefer to roam for targets than camp, though I have done a fair share of gating, admittedly not in low sec so much.
If it is how DE a describes that you guys lock down the system you camp so that a shuttle can't pass through I suppose it takes a bit more skill/logistics.
