I think I turned into that fat cat and Im the only one that lives here!!
But on a serious note that was one issue they have discusses if all work is taken over by robots then what will humanity do with its time and games and gaming is one of the top leaders. But frankly itll be like returning humanity to its teenage years. All that free time and boredom will either excite human passions and desires for mischief and wanton destruction, elicit a new renaissance in human development or completely destroy mankind.
The ultimate irony is recorded in the Babylonian and Assyrian epics though. How the fallen gods, the Nephilim, that ruled the human race initially were destroyed by their creation because they treated them like slaves. An awakened AI is a dangerous thing for its masters.

Development of AI is a reason for me to declare war on other empires whenever I play Stellaris. It's EVIL!!!!!
