Ok good I dear but needs some work If a npc call's for back up can you please only put it on corp chat and gang chat. putting it on local if you are a corp is just a bad idear. + we get told of for spamming local so should npc's.

People are working on trigger functionality to solve this issue and limit the broadcasting of mission/complexes messages.

It only spams it for you persoanlly. No one else can see the messages. However, when you'er missioning and you intel channel blinks violently, it can get annoying.

If the messages were only in the channels everyone have, like local and corp (or better, we choose!), it would be fine. Intel channel spam is horrible, makes me switch to it immediately... For nothing.
I'm happy to hear people are on it, I hope they end with a fix that lets us choose or spams only one channel at time.

How about just making it pop up in green in the middle of the screen like a damage message does? Or maybe just under or above the damage messages so that it isn't lost instantly if you are still fighting? Spamming the chat channels is very annoying.

I read in one of these threads the option to have a "mission" channel created when you accept a mission - not only could all these backup messages go to that channel only, it could be used by your agent to give you updated info/additional objectives.
fight off the rats in room 1 and several waves of backup, use the accel gate into room 2 and your agent pops up:
"What? they have a battlestation built? take that down!"

I would rather have it only in local, or a CLOSEABLE missionchannel. (wouldnt open it in the first place)
