I am not sure id there is some other story behind all this, but almost every warp gate in The Citadel was being swamped by Guristas. I kinda felt sorry for the guys in shuttles getting shot at, i saw some poor gallente guy die, so I have spent about a day hunting.
Things are calming down now, but does anyone know what that was all about?

I think the problem is that alot of people have agents over in that region. And alot of combat missions take place very close to gates. And if they fail (by dying) then try and come back they will find double the forces they had left. I tried completing a mission like this in a Kestrel vs. Guristas Moa... needless to say when I came back in my BS I found 2 moas and they were shooing at people passing by.

sold also includes ships i melted down (reprocessed) and then sold in mineral form
