I haven't been looking at the Issues forum as I have more been monitoring the Test Server feedback for my team. But I did come across this thread. Found your report, assigning it to someone to have a look. CCP Paradox | EVE Quality Assurance | Team Super Friends @CCP_Paradox |

I confirmed VirusMD's issue on my machine. Introduced only recently in Crucible it seems. Your report is in our system, I will update here again when it is fully identified + fixed. CCP Paradox | EVE Quality Assurance | Team Super Friends @CCP_Paradox |

"Interval default" is the monitor refresh rate. Or the V-Sync option. If your monitor is 60Hz, then it should stay at 60fps. CCP Paradox | EVE Quality Assurance | Team Super Friends @CCP_Paradox |

Mjedesiin, could you please submit a bug report for me? (Press F12 when you are in the game, with a client getting 30 or 15fps). In the title, include my name somewhere, "for CCP Paradox". You don't have to write much in the description etc, I just want the logs that it sends me.
I'm unable to reproduce anymore on my machine here at CCP, I used to be able to but not since we "fixed" it. It seems you're still affected. Let me know ASAP when you submit the report. CCP Paradox | EVE Quality Assurance | Team Super Friends @CCP_Paradox |

I have reproduced and confirmed the problem after speaking to a player. From the Bug Reports, the similar clue was that people had a second video device listed in their DxDiag. Whether you guys were using a second Nvidia device as a physx processor, or just to plug another monitor into. This is causing the problem, if you unplug a monitor that is connected to the second device. (Whether it is a second PCIE GPU or the GPU found on a CPU (Core i7 etc)) then you will notice that EVE will behave normally, i.e V-Sync will kick in to your monitors true refresh rate. Now we have the information to debug this, we can work on a specific fix. For now, if you have a monitor plugged into a second video device and are wanting to play EVE, you should disconnect it. Hopefully a fix will come as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience, and a special thanks to the one player who persisted and helped me out.
