No NAP was needed prior to the IAC/ISS war as U'K does not practice NBSI policies. U'K has never attacked neutrals in CVA space. Only those who directly state their allegance to the slaver paramilitaries have received swift justice. Reash is incorrect in his accusations and there is no evidence to prove otherwise.

The issue here is your blind support for IAC and your ignorance of what is actually happening. Knowing your penchant for drinking I can only assume your relationship with IAC is a mutually beneficial one and you are writing this in a cloud of your own drunken stench after a hard session on the spirits banned in your own empire.
