Well you guys did do it quite good 4 or 5 month ago. Yet you didn't ever anchor a bubble in venal back then. At least i didn't ever see any.
You do not need bubbles infront of stations to control a npc-region. You need them to get the easy kills.
If you really want to claim something, eventually you'll have to put up bubbles. It's the final straw in breaking the morale and backs of those residing in your newly claimed NPC region. The carebears die, get upset, try to escape or fight, die again, and then move along for greener pastures.

Wow! All the cool kids of the block posted in my thread and I have become a Venal celeb:) Let me put some real content in this thread by quoting a piece of the eula.
"A grief player, or "griefer," is a player who devotes much of his time to making othersĘ lives miserable, in a large part deriving his enjoyment of the game from these activities while he does not profit from it in any way. Grief tactics are the mechanics a griefer will utilize to antagonize other players.
The reason why I feel bubbling up the undock spot of an npc station resorts under this part of the eula is the fact that you force players to dock again without giving them a chance of becoming a part of the game. I feel griefed by this, now give me all a huggy. Game on.

I was wondering if your corp would kick you out for making them look bad or just revoke your posting privileges. I continue to be amazed.
What they are doing does not meet your definition of griefing. They DO hope to gain from their actions. They want you to leave the station - and never come back. Strategy is not griefing.

In all honesty, I am curious at to where you got this information. I could be incorrect but reading this (Eve EULA) , I see no mention of "A grief player, or or griefer,"
If you are going to quote stuff in the future, please provide a link.
Also if you think that Tri is not going to profit from these activities you are mis-informed, and should perhaps try picking up a game that only has SINGLE player or take a course in Micro-Economics.
Go ahead, feel griefed, thats your right, but it doesn't make you right. Perhaps I have missed some secret EULA but if so, then I don't see how it applys anyway.
Thanks, Dustra

Does everyone remember that warning message box, that you can choose to never show again, that sprang up on the way through a gate into low sec or 0.0 space? I want to petition CCP and SaorAlba to have SaorAlba's client restored in a way that this message will show up to him again, and that you remove the "Never show this message again" check box on it.
Also SaorAlba if your still stuck in a station there, open up the medical tab, change your pod location to empire, make sure you click on the remove all roles from your corp tab then in 24hrs have a beer, leave your corporation and go join Eve University because I believe you still have a thing or two to learn about:
1. the actual EULA of this game 2. COAD forum posts never result in anything but flames And finally 3. Take a chill pill mate and realise that "its just a game"

Ok lets think about ur nice lil quote up there.... "while he does not profit from it in any way."
First off, I believe the loot that your ship could drop upon destruction is worth Isk NO? I believe that ISK is the form of money in eve and thus the players that get the loot would be profiting from your death. Second, by keeping you out of the belts in the systems of venal the players profit by freeing up the NPCs for themselves which translates into profit. Third, by keeping you from interfering in venal by camping the station until you come out and die people gain a killmail which is profit.
What would you do if an alliance bubbled both gates in a two gate system for a week straight and did not let you out of that system unless it was via death clone? Is there a difference? NO.... Sometimes death in eve is certain may it be a huge gate camp, a doomsday device, or a station camp.... get over it.
