I like the report, because it shows that someone except the trolls, alts and other nonsense posters is actually reading this forum. Of course thats the minority, which is proven through the replies in quite an obvious manner for all to see.
To the op, keep it coming, this forum really needs more about smaller entities, not just about the big war that 80% of the community don't care about and 30% prolly don't even know about.
It is nice to see that some people do show some respect though, that so many other don't is quite annoying. |

Perhaps some constructive (albeit mostly negative if that works in the same sentance) critism is in order.
I'm sorry to say it, but this report fails on pretty much every level, as many of the responses here indicate. Why?
1 - Scale: I would indeed rather call this a skirmish than a battle, and a very small one at that. Skirmishs like this happen on daily basis all over the EVE Galaxy. You also explain that you retreated before any actual battle took place. A real battle is where both sides slug it out until one or both sides are unable to fight without it being suicide.
2 - Format: Paragraphs are your friend. The layout of your report is generally clumsy and difficult to read. Its also rather short with no in-depth explanation of what actually happened, thoughts running through your head at the time, elaborate use of words to help describe whats going on. You want your report to make people think "Damn I wish I was there.".
3 - Smack: You basically flame Ushra'Khan for bringing superior numbers along when you yourself were doing the same in camping and ganking people. This is something you are going to get almost universal negative comments about from people because you're being a hypocrite. No matter how good or bad things go for you, try not to disrespect the other side.

nice post and nice read apart from the smack from other's. Its nice to see people going out to 0.0 to have a play in small gangs and i would say if this is your first time and you are happy with the out come, then post m8 reading posts about people having fun is one ov the things i like to read..
just a shame it was only a small report,nice to hear you had fun but plz make bigger posts with more info

An complaining about getting blobbed is just sad. Don't come to fight if youÆre not ready for the heat. It's pretty simple. If you go to fight a Loin an your a mouse expect to get ate up. Don't think people are gona care about your sad little story of defeat. Maybe we need to come back to kbp7 an start B$tch smackin your new crew around just because you joined them. I think then it would justify a battle report.

Judging by the report, the only thing shown is nothing more than a gatecamp to kill a bunch of neuts and smacking around UK. I won't flame you for a short report but all this is explaining is that you camp a gate and then a UK fleet shows up, you run off. We had our fun with IO but seriously as most people would say it: Proof or stfu!
We had our battles against IO among others that were with that alliance. Some were good and others have not gone well. If you expect to win this kind of battle, you better have more numbers as with a small group camping a gate is never going to win against anykind of fleet coming your direction.
