As part of our promise to stand against scum, KIA has declared war upon E.P.A
EPA have setup their base in Torrinos, in order to make Pirate hit and run actions within the PB system.
We will actively Hunt EPA until they surrender, and agree to a strict set of terms, that KIA-R will enforce rigidly.
There will be no place to hide, nowhere to run. EPAs time of growing fat off its ill gotten gains is coming to an end.

E.P.A gladly welcomes your (& blade runners) declaration of war and has been looking forward to it for some time. We have also taken the liberty of declaring war on both your backers and hope to also destroy them as we destroy you. We will accept nothing short of your total destruction \o/. Jacob, it now means that they will not have empire to hide in matey. all epa arnt low enough security to engage outwith 0.0sec.
this was a joint effort, with KIA, Bladerunners and celest.
Due to a bug our war has been set back 1 day, expect it soon.......

Huh? Odd how we come to l-t the other night and you all just happen to split up. It happens that we have been filling the wallet getting ready for tech 2. Something you will have to beg off of others. You guys keep claiming we run and hide and all that jazz but the reality of it is it is you who haul ass as soon as a matched force shows up. If its 3 against 8 yeah it's time to leave. On the other hand when we have an equal force it seems as though you guys cant muster the guts to stick around. From now on I'm going to take screen shots of local and my position just to instruct you as to how many times you run from an equal fight and often times still out number by 1-3 pilots. My corpse locker doesnt lie. What have you killed?
Now that there is a war on we will truely see just how skilled you think you are. All this smack talk does nothing darth get some kills then come talk.

All members were advised to leave and rejoin if carrying their stuff around. There is no doubting that u outnumber us approx 4:1 atm and it will be 6:1 when celest joins in, we don’t wish to give u any cheap kills you will have to work for them. ;)

That is a total Exploit. And we will be complaining as such immediately. Leaving your corp, to avoid a war standing, and then rejoining, JUSt so you have no fear of the consequences of your actions, is not only pathetic and lame, and as usual shows the type of corp that you are, but is also cheating.

E.P.A. You all totally suck if you are prepared to use the corp leaving exploit to avoid the consequences of a valid Concord war declaration.
That is a solid gold example of pathetic spineless playing and you should be absolutely ashamed to even consider it, let alone glorify it in a self-congratulatory post!
Utter low-grade rubbish.
Your corp and ethics are a joke.
Still, counting on these "pirates" to have a sense of fair play and actions in the good of game reality is a little like expecting courage from a gutless numpty.
This is a candidate from CCP making a direct intervention in the code and making resignations take a set period of time ... with another period of time as a "cool off" period before being allowed to rejoin the original corporation.
Its in the interests of fairness and game balance that exploiters and cheats should not be able to subvert the war declaration system to their own cheating ends.
E.P.A ... you truly suck.

Last i checked it was only an exploit to leave while in battle and that has long since been fixed. The first post wasnt worded well. I advised one guy who wasnt on (ppl are away its christmas/new year) when war was declared to leave the corp while moving there stuff and rejoin if they wished. E.P.A wont be doing this during the war.
Any ccp action over this should be directed to my accout not there's as I badly adviced them.

Iv never seen u in the game at all, didnt even know u were EPA.
and u know nothing of my skills.
we are just starting this war for PVP fun, no other reason, u guys ALWAYS run, apart from maybe reptar, who seems to like PVP.
Hupa in his scorp stayed to fight, he died, reptar stayed to fight, and guess what?, he died:).
yeah, u will prob get me, or some of my corpmates, but, OMG u are gonna lose alot of ships......

What you guys dont seem to like posting is how many ships you outnumbered us by when u kill us, 5:2 in that engagement when u got hupa. The least said about reptar's drunken bb antics the better =)

well actually ccp u should stop reading the propaganda that we put out, if u did your homework you will realise that we did not have any corp wars then and i didnt even leave the station. I left the corp as i was really ****ed off at getting stuck on roids and loosing my new scorp, we killed a npc fleet and i checked the cans and they respawned in like 30secs and felt like a liability to the corp. AGAIN i get warnings when i have done nothing.
You left EPA because you got angry with a roid and npc spawn? Sounds rather extreme dontcha think considering the roid and npc spawn has nothing to do with EPA.

Toulak u missed the point. Reptar left and rejoined before the war was declared check the dates. Whether u beleive the stuff about him lossing ships or not the fact remains he wasnt avoiding any wars.

I dont doubt the ship loss, thats fair enough what Im saying is it seems rather extreme to leave EPA cause he lost a ship due to NPC spawn.

he lost 2 scorps in 2 days both where funded by the corp both where silly mistakes. he felt a little bad for wasting corp money. no biggy tbh we all make mistakes ;)

Yes Limpy, it was rather obvious that you had got perrin to declare corp war vs Jericho with the defunct Terra Nova identity functioning as a defacto "war-corp front"
Must represent an ideal situation for you chaps.
Any time the situation gets too hot as EPA you skip into Terra Nova corp to escape the 3/4 corps fighting you in the hope that you get to target Jericho.
Then when we fight back, you skip back into EPA and try and get us fried by Concord.
Nice tactics ... shame they stink of cheating nonsense.
Why not just play honesty and declare war vs Jericho with EPA and have done with it?
