Morsus Mihi jump in a cap fleet to assault a POS in BYXF-Q
the POS comes out of reinforced with 100% shields and refueled. The Xelas guy in the POS admits he refueled as soon as it came out of reinforced but refuses to explain how. He also refused to say how the shields were recharged instantly. He was also managing to offline a Hanger array as it came out of reinforced.
Now would you say that was in the intended game mechanics? 
If so welcome to the era of the invincible POS!!! thanks to exploiting/cheating..

Will you also look into the next one that came out of reinforced this morning and also magically had its shields instantly restored?
As you seem to be pretty respectable in your dealings about issues in this thread can you confirm that you/your alliance have petitioned this problem?

the 2nd POS that came out 25 minutes before DT also had 100% shields as it came out of reinforced,
I am willing to believe it is a bug not an exploit, However I would like you to ask your POS manager how he knew he would be able to refuel it as soon as it came out of reinforced and how within seconds he knew he could start to unanchor the corps hanger array neither of which should have been possible.
The concern is quite simply, that on first sight it appears that the guy was ready to fuel the instant in came out of reinforced and to start to unanchor, it could lead to the more sceptical person to think he knew it would come out of reinforced with full shields, either prior knowledge of the bug or use of an exploit

In all honesty, I would have told the opponents FC that I requested a cease fire, and petitioned it alongside the opponents as an exploit and asked the GM's to make a fair decision on what should happen next.
Instead Xelas took advantage of the "Bug" and still havent petitioned. and surprise surprise the GMS didnt even bother to show up although they answered the petition in moments..
as far as I know the GMs are still "looking into it" days later.
It is "funny" that when BoB and allies complained about bugged POS's and even when the LV POS' had a problem the GM's seemed to be able to be there in moments and nake a decision.
Notice no-one is saying there wasnt a problem with these POS's even XELAS admit it was not as it should be.
