Every time the goals of these milestones are accomplished, a new one will be put up and the member who has been the most active trying to accomplish the previous one will be rewarded. This will give a meaning to playing besides making ISK and should promote teamwork within the group. Accomplishing the main objectives of the milestones will always better the corporation as a whole in one way or another. Interested? We believe that teamwork works just as well, if not better, when there is some form of competition involved. The reward, no matter how big or small it is (it is about the idea after all, and it is not like we are giving away multiple carriers per month) will prevent slacking and keep people reminded that there is, and generally motivated to, reach the goal that we set for ourselves. I hope that I've managed to explain our point of view on this matter clear enough, don't want to go in too deep here because we're not supposed to in this section of the forums. I would be happy to share more of our opinions and ideas on this subject via other means of communication as motivation and everything surrounding it plays a big part of my real life job. Also, recruitment is still open :)
