Same for their allies, at least the pvp'ers in those alliances. If they get bored, they reset standings. Besides that there is 0.0 space with hundreds of npc station that noone can ever fully control. So there will always be pvp and as long as there is BoB, there will also be non-BoB fighting against them. Not sure why you think that there will be no place for people with less than 20 mil SP to join the pvp fun ? ___________ Muuuhhh !!!

Each 10/10 makes about 3 billion a day if 100% farmed. That 20-30b-worth industrial popped in low sec a while back filled with complex loot and overseers effects? It was one weeks' worth of complex farming from a single 10/10. They have like a dozen of them IIRC, if you count AAA as part of the mix. Add in all the 8/10s and so forth and it gets up to roughly 60-100b ISK depending on the math you use.
