The only home I truly recognise is my uniform.
Nonetheless, I am told that I was born planetside to a broodmare belonging to His Eminence the Abbot of the Abbey of the Purified Heart, located on an island in the great seas of Sadana V. Genetic testing identified me as a prime candidate for exceptional military training (and it seems, ultimately the capsuleer programme) so I was immediately removed to the appropriate facilities. I was educated at a Marine Development Academy, on board ship, where training in all conditions meant visits to a number of hostile environments planetside, as well as various configurations of station. As with most warrior training, it was competitive and brutal, and I do not recall the vessel as homely, or at all fondly.
Having been further identified as having the appropriate devotional faith and psychological profile, my instruction as a Sandman took place at the specialist college for such vocations: the location of which, you will understand, is kept from public knowledge because of the keen interest of terrorist groups. Now assigned to duty, I am constantly required to serve in myriad locations, including this current sojourn among the heathen in null-sec.
As His Eminence is my confessor and spiritual guide, despite the legal GÇÿfreedomGÇÖ I have been granted, I continue to serve him as his vassal. In this, I visit the Abbey as often as I may. The island of Iscan is a place of gently rolling hills, soft loamy soil the colour of lamb's blood, and huge, golden, leafy trees that offer cool shade to the body and soul. The sun is warm all year, and the air fragrant with blossom and endless carpets of hyacinth. The monksGÇÖ plainsong may be heard drifting through these rustling leaves and makes harmonies with the gently laughing brooks. Sometimes, it seems that one can hear the very breath of God on the soft breezes. It is a place very close to paradise, and as such, may not be borne for too long by those of us who still must serve His Will.
It is somewhere that I would recommend to those faithful who seek a place of restorative retreat for a time.

Since when does Horde have a uniform?
Horde does not, to my knowledge. I am temporarily assigned to this gang of heathens, cut-throats and thieves to carry out an assigned mission and to develop my skills as fleet support.
My Marine uniform may not be worn on this particular mission, but it still constitutes a form of home for me.
