Well since Crice invited me to speak my opinion on this, here it is;
NVA first became aware of the activities of Crice corp during the tail end of the Venal Civil war, when it was noticed that they were tagged as "M3G4-Cleared" in the regions of FDZ. They were warned at the time that association with the pirate corp that was helping Taggart to ravage our home would make them a target to retaliatory NVA raids.
Later on when M3G4 folded and Biomass emerged and went on to break their pledges of neutrality and such, Crice again associated itself with pirates and thieves through quisling business interaction and shared mining/building ops.
Once again they were warned. Once again they chose to stand with the resurgent pirate alliance.
Then war and destruction and fleet engagements ... many ships were lost and in the climatic battle of the war FE were saved from certain annihilation by a freak stella occurence that caused an entirely fleet warp to go off target and evade the defensive NVA cordon in a piece of staggering "luck" (tm).
The aftermath saw FE scattering and another renwed offensive by NVA raiders against FE soft targets in the FDZ region, and Crice was bearing a heavy burden.
During this time dialogue was opened with Crice once more, and also by parallel channels with some of the Crice corp directors and managers.
Amazingly, it seemed that some of the Crice corp employees actually knew that they had been working for pirates and scum all along. Crice had sold them on Chrisopher Xen style "Nation of Eve" propaganda and had convinced his corp that they were the "good guys" fighting some hokey war of liberation from tyranny.
Top work by Crice of course.
But it did leave his people in a sticky situation. They were in the main industrialists and non-combatents, being blown to bits by NVA raiders night after night was proving bad for their morale.
I sat in on a summit meet with Crice and some of his officers and the tensions were evident. These guys were truly horrified to discover they had been lying down in the mud with the swine and were considered the scum of eve, and almost immediately a movement began to abandon Crice to his quisling schemes while seeking a clearer path elsewhere.
For the record I think the Crice people that left took a brave and honourable path. It does no good to stay in a den of thieves through fear at consquence. And having discovered the low intentions of Crice Corp they had no alternatives bar; continued kissing of the biomass ringpiece, or escape and a new life elsewhere.
So, now the tides of war have turned again and Biomass and Foresaken Empire are flexing their muscles. And who to pick on (in the absense of the ever-resilient NVA who frustratingly seem never to die)?
Well its time to pick on the little guy. To bully the innocents! To strut their funky stuff in empire and tyrannise some pacifist-industrialists who have chosen to abandon the war and pirate cause.
Effective possibly ... (FE badly need a war they can win, to demonstrate they actually have some walk to back up their talk.)
But its pretty low.
With the NVA remaining resolutely uncrushed, and unconquered, the 1billion isk a week weregild unpaid, the mining rights ungranted, and humiliating peace terms un-agreed.
It looks very much like Crice and FE are turning away from a dirty deed they couldn't accomplish in preference for one they think they can.
For our part, well, the NVA is at war with FE until such time as they renounce their ridiculous war-aims and come to the surrender table with their hands outstretched and attitudes penitant.
Since "when hell freezes over" seems to be the best estimation of when that happens, its likely to be a long war yet and provide plenty of opportunity for involvement on the part of the general population.
Here I think is a solid example of piratical powers choosing to bully passive industrialists to boast of their elite skills in a mostly foregone conclusion.
I think it would absolutely hilarious to see some actual PvP experts joining "The Delirious Conspiracy" to teach Crice and Biomass a much needed lesson in humility.
This war needs some upsets.
Lets see some brave souls leaguing with Leviathanie to make this happen.
Love and peace

It's not NVA PR Keenon (the dudes in the suits in the NVA council probably hate to see me talking as much as Biomass do)
It's just the way I see it.
And lets face it, we all like to root for the little guy in these things.
Mighty FE, fresh from annihilating the NVA "totally" (for like the 12th time), now decide to pick on a tiny little corp of passive industrialists in empire space.
You have to admit there is something very "magnificent seven" in hoping to see a band of heroic PvP fighters coming out of the woodwork to defend little "Delirious Conspiracy" from the might of the poorly dubbed Biomass hords.
Face it, its way past time Biomass fell on their asses.
They have played overlong on a reputation for PvP competance gained by a variety of dodgy mismatched engagements and spammy tactics.
Its time we saw an upset.

Marichek you perfect spoon-headed-spam-numpty!
That I as an ex-trader should know that you suck as a PvP alliance should really tell you something.
For me its not about results.
Its about sportsmanship and honour and fair play.
You can gank a thousand noobs in ibis's at jump-in-traps and still be a pointless excuse for a combatent m'dear.
Every time I hear of you guys rejoicing in another exploit (or tactic) that involves atmosphere-shedding cheese rather than actual combat strategy it further reduces my respect for you.
Accept it as a consquence for your poor quality gameplay m'dear.
Rejoice in your collection of massacred pods.
But you'll never have a kind word from this girl until you learn to fight a clean war and win without cheese.

OK, I do realize that actually answering this post will just make things worse... How would I notice you're back, by going to FD-MLJ? I haven't seen you in the lonetrek/PB/Venal area where I usually spend my time. Have you ever seen me mining? No, you haven't. I haven't seen you doing a lot of fighting - so obviously you don't do it either! That alt post was pretty low too, by the way.
I didn't really quit, but I haven't been playing too much in about 2 months. Gonna start a lot more now that we're at war, which means they can't hide in Torrinos anymore.
Edit: By the way again, what happened to your attitude? You seemed like a nice guy before you changed sides and started talking sh*t about the corp on the forums, lying about your assets etc.

Oh gawd! Excuses, Excuses.. I think its funny how one person said he got convoed during battle by Havo and now its all the biomass useing a exploit. Let me tell you what happend. The guy was ganna die. Havo wanted to laff at him so he tried to convo him while he was getting killed. So he comes on the forums crying and whining that he woulda somehow lived if per say havo didnt convo him the "One time".
So give me a break Bahgdad Bob. Cant you see the tank behind you with the American flag?

Hmm...
Huff wants to make one thing clear here...
If Crice askes us to let them handle a situation we will not interfear. However, if any of you rainbow pisers interfear you will have to deal with the full might of the Imperial Black Fleet of the Forsaken Empire.
However, on a brighter note...
I want to buy Jade Constantine. Not her corpse but her/his live warm body. No I will not buy you dinner, nor will I do the reach around either. But I do have a lovely St. Cathrines wheel waiting in the Dungeon of my Battleship with Her/His name on it.

Jade please note that this was a war with Crice Corp not FE or Biomass. They have not been out there, we would rather fight our own little battles.
It was the other corp the one making this post calling for aid that has brought others into it. Hell Crice even offered to duel Levi and it won't even go there. It was not untill an alliance was evoked to fight against Crice over a personal battle that anyone else got involved.

I know Xanz, and I appreciate you posting to clear it up. But the hard fact is that I quite like everyone piling in on both sides. War is good! And seeing Foresaken empire embroiled in another dispute is excellent news. I heartily approve of all this being widened.
The more people fighting Foresaken Empire and Biomass and Crice the better in my estimation.
But then, I'm hardly a neutral commentator(although I do always strive to tell the truth)

I can just imagine the excitement while they were waiting for the next shuttle and he started screaming in gang chat about that hit on the can... Is that the royal we Marichek? Are you some kind of pirate-weener-emissary? I think you know exactly what I believe. It's not like I haven't posted enough detail already. Just stop cheating and using cheaty tactics and cheap exploits.
Thats all it takes. Nobody is asking for ridiculous tankceo-style-no-ecm duels ... but it would be nice to have a couple of fights with you people without being cheesed in some way. Its a game, and people enjoy games that are fair (in that people play by the rules).
Try playing monopoly at christmas with your folks and using the mindset you do at Biomass. (nicking money, screaming abuse, moving the pieces, knocking over people's hotels and arguing the toss about how many there were .. etc etc) and see how long the game lasted.
This is all about respect, respect for combatents, respect for other players, respect for sportsmanship and game rules.
This isn't about some carebear fantasy of padded civility, but about fighting a war without using low cheaty tactics and crappy exploits.

Levi, i dont know you, dont care to know you, i look forward to this war and hope you dont back pedal out of it. In fact please make the same mistake rona-kia and bladerunners did and declare an official war on us, that way we can skip the middle man and come kill you in empire space.
As far as crice, he has been and always will be protected by the FE, especially by Biomass, Huff, and EPA. and pretty much the rest will show up to fight you as well, i mean the NVA run and hide and if you invade, youll jus tbecome another plaything, a source of entertainment.
