Leviathanie	Posted - 2004.01.02 05:16:00 - [1] Crice Corp to whom we once belonged and who have since joined the Forsaken Empire have decided to declare war on me and my small corp, and threatened to "crush" various other small corperations accross the galaxy who would not stand idly by and let this happen. And why are they doing this? For no other reason then they were bored and want someone to kill. (I have the chat log Crice Corp Members don't bother denying it). Unfortunately my corp is very small (only 10 members) most of our members being new to the game. We cannot take on a battle trained corporation like crice corp...well if you call gate camping battle trained...although i have to give them credit they do fight in large battles where they outnumbered their enemies 10 to 1....like what they are doing now..camping my small corp with their fleet of battleships. So you might ask why i'm posting? Well it's simple, I'm asking the good people of EVE to unite and help stop the tryanny of the Forsaken Empire and her allies. I say it's been long enough we have sat idle and let them gate camp our indies. There are more of us than there are of them. If we, the loyal citizens of EVE, unite (the NVA, FA, SA, CFS and all other honourable Alliances) we can stop them once and for all. We are more than they are, and those of you who aren't in an alliance, but want to protect your way of life, you too can help rid the universe of this menace. Join forces with those who live near you and help the cause of elminating this menace attempting to rule eve through fear and cheap kills. Currently a large force of their fleet is sitting in Sharza, Genesis region and my corp cannot take them alone. If you are a part of an honourable corp or wish to help in any way you can join with us. I say now is the time we unite. There is no better time we know where they are, we know where they'll be. They cannot camp the JIP against you! You can enter this sytem and others around it and drive them from this space back to the hole they came from. Yes, I know sharza is a 0.2 security system and you will take security hits, but wiping out an influencial corp in the FE is that not worth it? No one corp or even one alliance can take out the FE, but if the people of EVE can finally decide they are sick of getting podded and ganked but these people who call themselves true pirates then we may finally be able to have safer spacelanes again. Personally i say it's about time we stand together and unite. If we can put aside our differences for a few days, weeks, or maybe even months then we can teach these people that this is our galaxy too and there are some things that we will not stand for. We seek aid here and now. We cannot guarantee the safety of those that come to our aid. But know that we will fight against Crice, his fleet, and the Forsaken Empire as best we are able. All they want to do is have Biomass fight others so Biomass has to buy ships off of them... this is funny, the worst pirates of them all is those that can rip-off and gank pirate corps from the inside Let's rid Eve of Crice corp once and for all. I say all the smaller groups and those corps that want peaceful space free for mining and new people who wish to learn the game join together and push the pirates back to the outer regions of space. Let this be a wake up call to us all. If a corp can come in and demand 50 million to let one of us live for no good reason who is next. It could be you or your corp lets cut off this snakes head before they can try this again know one ever says "its just a game" when his team is winning

Hopefully, somebody will help us out. It was nice while it was peaceful. Good mining, hunting and friends in a small close knit corporation. Call me a carebear if you will. I didn't PvP when I joined Crice Corp. I didn't join EVE to do so and i don't now. If forced i will fight until i can flee, but being that i'm only flying a small cruiser, the flight might be in a pod. Ay'tanna

I feel that I borrowed it without repayment Sorry Nitro, I like ya man, as i do many peeps from Crice corp, but the corps actions under the control of Crice has become unbearable to some. It is time for a cleansing of Eve, if you do not wish to be hated, then you are free to join one of the many good corps of Eve. Hell, did you know that Crice sells the BS's you make on the internet? He doesn't sell them to Biomass, at least not all of them. Crice you should thank your members for making you real money. Crice is a liar and a cheat. He told me that the war with Conspiracy would be recalled... lie! oh, Happy New Year to everyone

Leviathanie	Posted - 2004.01.02 06:40:00 - [11] Hey Absurd, Thanks for the suggestion, but my point really is that, that is what a lot of us have been doing for months and look where it has gotten the eve community...we have increased pirate activiy in empire space. We are losing newer players because they get podded their first day of playing and they don't know why. I mean i have a few newer players in my corp that i've been teaching to play and showing them the ropes. Now we have an angry mob of crice corp people wanting to kill anything they can get their hands on with the backing of their allies in the FE whom i'm sure we've all run into, or at least heard about at one time or another...usually bragging about how many ships they've destroyed... It's really time that we the good people of eve start fighting back, we can't do it alone, but if we start working together instead of waiting till it happens to us we would see a vast improvement on the eve community. Who knows numbers might even go up...but that's a different chapter in this story. I say we wake up, if this was an NPC invasion force every1 in eve would jump on the band wagon and go fight them off...this is not much different, except the threat is more real and more dangerous and will take literally most of the EVE community to remove it. But we can remove it. I think i'm saying what a lot of the smaller corps and individual players are thinking....so why don't we act on it? Levia CEO The Delirious Conspiracy
Absurd	Posted - 2004.01.02 06:50:00 - [12] your words are good in this matter but the fact remains, power is everything. peaple here as in real life dont do anything except if they gain by it or have to, that goes at least for most peaple, see in rl when someone gets their rights broken, noone stands up for them or at least not until it happens to them as well(most peaple never act unless they have to) should talk to NVA though since they fight them activly and they could probably give you a hand.

Having Alustrious, Jehutty, or Crice contacting you in-game is pointless, as I pointed out to the three of them before. Crice, I have been listening in and reading your words and watching your actions for some time now. Getting the truth out of you is about as easy as making a horseshoe float, or to use a more modern parallel, extracting mercoxite; difficult, risky, and releasing a damage cloud when you try to get to the core of it. Comparing the different versions of ôyour sideö from different members of your corp has shown contradictions, double-backs, and enough twists to make a snake green with envy. Fact: the world of Eve is a better and more exciting place because of pirate activity. As others have said before, the PC pirates make this more than just a mining game. It adds the edge that will help continue the games success. I remember encountering some pirate names that, although they put me back, also taught me some things and impressed me with their daring. Fact: the rumored convo spam happened. At the very first I thought it was a way to ID who the potential enemies would be if Crice continued to press his suit and drag his corp into a conflict. Then I noticed that there were many voices saying things along the lines of ôWhat are we doing here?ö and ôI donÆt understand what this is for.ö When I saw someone IÆd been long-time friends with there and wondering what was happening I knew it was just a harassment campaign, and I found myself chuckling over what Crice and his cronies must have said to get such a thing to happen Fact: Crice corp has members that are, at best, reluctant to engage in a potential conflict and others who are downright refusing. Once again I find myself curious as to what Crice is saying to them. If itÆs anything like what they say in-game to air ôtheir sideö I donÆt wonder that they are suffering from disharmony within their ranks. I also wonder what he is telling his own allies. Fact: Crice himself is a fascinating study in actions that are petty, spiteful and bombastic. The last time I heard his level of rhetoric was from gangs of bigger kids when I was much younger and running around a playground. He and his lieutenants are a gang that have been slapped with the truth of the big, scary dark thatÆs out there in 0.0 space beyond the playground fence now and are turning their aggressions inward. Fact: A few members of Crice corp, and Crice himself, are engaged in duplicitous actions and words. The wise know where to file away such words and now IÆm just watching actions. Your actions will determine whatever comes next and IÆm waiting to see if the blockades and attacks continue. Last fact: It is foolish to demand that others in an alliance stand aside so you can attack a smaller and weaker foe without fear of repercussion and reprisal. If you and your ilk honestly believe that such a command will be followed you have much to learn. Perhaps if you watched the History Channel you could see this, but I wonder about your capacity to learn. Even if you win such a battle you will lose in the long run and your corp will disappear into obscurity without even a minor footnote. Crice, you told us ôYou have no idea who we are!ö We do know and will not suffer your actions wherever we are. Crice, your words, and those of your lieutenants, are worthless. We will be watching your actions so donÆt bother talking.
