Hi guys.
As per the IPO thread here
Basic stats if you don't like reading below:
* Income - 450 million isk * Expenses (excluding salaries)- 35 million isk * Salaries - 15 million isk * Dividend - 400 million isk * ROI to date - 4% * Corporate Value - 10,000,000,000
---- C-P-H is issuing their first dividend. Now, in that post, when I said 01/05 I was actually incorrect, and the first dividend wasn't slated until 01/06 as the bpo's were going to take a month to research (and business went live on 25/03).
However, I promised a dividend on 01/05 and I will live up too it. The good news, is that I actually pulled 2 of those covetor bpo's out of research around mid-month, as I wanted to profit off the covetor bpc hulk invention rush before it all died down.
During that 15 day period, I managed to spit out 15 covetor bpc's off the 2 unresearched bpo's. These sold at an averaged out price of 30m each. Total comes to 450m earnt off this. 35m was paid to C-P-H for fuel and I paid myself 15m for the work involved (carting bpo's to research loc, and handling copies, sales etc). It seems like a small CEO payment, but the workload was quite small
So having said all that, 400m is the dividend I am posting. This totals a 4% dividend, which isn't bad at all considering only 50% of the bpo's were in use (others researching), and only for 50% of the month.
One would say this means the next dividends will be 16% but the demand for covetor bpc's is declining as hulks become less profitable to invent, and the empire market is flooded with bpo's. Ultimately, the price to sell bpc's will likely drop, but I have a few other plans up my sleeves.
I have entered into an agreement with a close and well trusted colleague to handle mass production on covetors and pay a fee to me for every produced covetor. Whilst this may reduce the income slightly off the bpo, the fee is static, and the profits are guaranteed no matter what variations occur in the bpc market.
I trust this person without question and am happy to provide their name to EMFI (he is majority shareholder with 50% of corporate ownership, at time of IPO) so he can validate the authenticity of the person. Alternatively, the person can come forward if he wants too and advise.
Thanks for tuning in, until next month.
