We have SOV in a number of systems, and we own our own station. We're a group of older, like minded gamers that realize real life > eve life and that 'stuff' happens. Cats catch on fire, your significant other insists it's time to go, you run out beer. Stuff happens...and it's O.K. We are a (generally) mature organization, and most of us are 30+. Many have families, etc., that sometimes take our attention back into real life (huh?). Our forums and voice coms are generally family friendly (depending on how late it is getting), but no guarantees when we team up with our allies, of course. We hang out with the Deklein and Pure Blind Coalitions. What does this mean for you? Hostiles within a few jumps, capital engagements, fleet battles, small roams....you name it, we are in it. The only Trit we mine is off other peoples hulls. Good times are being had by all as we are situated in a area that offers plenty of PVP action! You can be part of a corp. that puts you into some of the best action EVE has to offer. We are a founding member of Get off My Lawn (LAWN). The corps in LAWN are mostly exclusive to mature players and are a mix of PVP and PVP/industrial type corps. So there is a good range of activities to be found in our alliance. What does SENX offer you as a pilot? ============================= -A good group of mature gamers to hang out with. We are a very active corporation...no zombie corp. here. -Daily PvP operations. Sometimes, this is 10 pilots having a roam, while other times its 100+ shooting something. -An environment where you can learn much from us, and we can learn from you. Everyone has something to share. -Groups of long time 0.0 pilots to fly with. -Various ISK making operations. A drama and blame free environment. Leave your e-peen (they made me write this word...I am too old to know what it means) at the door and bring your biggest autocannon (or other annihilation device). We have Voice Coms, Killboard and Active forums. A well organized and stable corporation/alliance (if you have been around, you know how rare that is). Requirements =============== 6 Million Skillpoints (rare, but lower on a per applicant basis), age 23 or over. A team player willing to play with and for the corporation. Here is the catch. Please do not apply if you are not able/willing to regularly participate in SENEX/LAWN operations. Too many people apply with the best of intentions, and we never see them in fleet. So, please do not apply unless you are reasonably certain that you can/will participate. We are a pvp corporation after all, and need everyone's help in order to succeed. You must be willing to use voice coms during fleet ops. You must have 7 cats, 3 dogs, 9 children, a sail boat, and a degree in hydrodynamic engineering. Or, maybe just the 3 dogs. New FC's are stepping up, and the Corp just keeps giving back to its Pilots. Managed to take my Daredevil out for a spin the other night, almost straight into one of the toughest fights I've been in, involving only 3 hostile ships, an Incursus, Falcon and Deimos We had my Daredevil, a Falcon (hah! Falcon the Falcon!) a Thorax and a Talos A close run thing, I nearly burned everything, including my thumping heart out, but we were triumphant, with no losses, mainly due to the Deimos deciding he didn't want to help his friends. Hell, it was so much fun I even wrote a short story about it! No Tidi, no SOV grinding, no PAP links, no drama, just a tight knit group of pilots, all striving towards a common goal. That said, both gangs fought hard, we finally drove the massed ranks of BNI off, before leaving in a hurry lest they found more pilots! Was a great fight, without being blobbed, TiDi'd or having capitals drop on you, hopefully we can see them again soon. I never regretted a second flying with them and It was some of my most enjoyable, educational and best times in Eve Online. Solid, Honest and one of the few groups i've seen to punch above their weight or get knocked back by a major power bloc and come back swinging and bloody the nose of a far bigger enemy. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a PVP group who understands that this IS a game and its about the fun and the relationships you make more then bloody pap links and and sov grinds. Look forward to flying with them again some day. o7
