On this auspicious occasion let us remember some of PIE's achievements, such as the campaign to liberate Sarum Prime, Bagodan and Hama from the clutches of pirates, the successful escort of an Imperial Apocalypse back home to Amarr, the efforts to move the St Tal-Ramon cathedral, the pacification of Lower Domain, and of course most recently our service to the Speakers of Truth. Let us also take a moment to reflect upon the sacrifices of those crew and pilots who are no longer with us. Here's to the next four years. Dulce et decorum est pro imperium mori.

"For God and Empire" A simple statement yet one that defines our entire existence. While not an original member of PIE myself in the three years I have served I have found friendship, honor, loyalty and dedication as I have never before seen. Service to God and Empire is simple in reality. While we remember past achievements such as those listed by Admiral Blake the reality is we in PIE do all we do for the Empire. The need for personal glory isn't a part of who we are rather we are simple people with a simple mission. To serve. We are what we are. Today while the fire of lasers and torpedoes explode around me I will take a moment in solitude to raise a glass of fine wine to toast not only PIE and its pilots but also those who have departed and those who today are still our friends after all these years. The community of Amarrian paramilitary organizations is indeed one large family and PIE is just one part of that community working to defend and expand our Holy Empire. A mission that can not fail. But let's face it, you are, and always were Amarrian puppets, right from the get-go, and care nothing for Intaki. Heck, you're a Brutor who looks like a Civire who's fighting under the command of a Ni-Kunni, and somehow believe this will create a free Intaki. Seems like you've got your bloodlines in a knot there buddy. QED.

For perserverence alone this corporation is due some measure of respect. And it was not for nothing we chose to target the oldest and most infamous of the Amarrian paramilitaries in our recent campaign and this should stand testiment to their past legend and role in the cluster - the Star Fraction would not demean itself to target an irrelevancy. Today PIE remains is a symbol more than anything but the Star Fraction surely knows the value of such symbols in the sphere of posthuman conflict and revolutionary vision. The pride and self-esteem of an organisation that has stood in vainglorious publicity for four years is immense - as is the value of defeating such a entity and throwing down its symbols in the liberating chaos of open conflict.
