I recently had the pleasure of receiving this message from a very important person, with instructions to relay it here:
I relay this communiquT through a trusted source, sadly I am unable to present myself in person. Endeavours keep me firmly away from PIE and its glorious ventures within the Empire, serving both it and God, however I continue to monitor and receive word of deeds undertaken.
Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris rose from auspicious beginnings, and with a guiding hand and the efforts of loyal Amarr and worthy friends, she has stood true through turmoil, conflict and tennuous peace, actively serving to foster stability in the Empire, in the name of our late emperors and, indeed, in the name of God.
Four long years, clearly but a drop in the ocean that is the affairs of our Galaxy, but making its mark nevertheless. Those that have served, and continue to serve, under the CEOs of Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris, you are an assest to this Empire and its continued glory.
My only regret is that I am unable to aid you in person.
