I tried going into Control Panel, Programs and Features, clicked on "Eve Online" then uninstall but I get a message I don't have sufficient access to uninstall Eve. That's very weird because I am logged in on an Administrator account and no other program gives me that error when trying to remove them.
What Gives?
P.S: This is Windows 10 Pro. |

Hi there!
If you upgraded from a previous version of Windows to Windows 10 then Windows user account permission were likely not applied correctly.
Start the launcher, click on settings, click on shared cache settings, click on permissions button. A black does prompt window should appear, wait for the window to close itself then close the launcher and then try uninstalling again.
If that does not work then you may need to take ownership of the folder. Right click EVE folder, click on properties, select Security tab, click on advanced below Permissions for Authenticated users. Make sure you Windows user has Full Control under Access.
With regards,
