Hi I've found a 4/10 COMPLEX BUT i've heard they are bugged, is this true and if so should I just go for a Serpentis 3/10?. Also is there a list of which complexes drop which faction loot, cheers

Not worth it imo, no faction drops or overseer stuff.
Better money in the 3/10.

Yes, don't bother going into the Level 4 Serpentis. It doesn't give you anything good. In fact, just stay away from it. It takes stuff from you.
Or not... there is a BS with a million ISK bounty in the last room. I picked up some decent loot in there when my corp ran it a couple of weeks ago (Shadow Serpentis Thermic Hardener - 5.2 million ISK).
I hate the complexes because some jerk always cherry picks them. I got into the Level 3 in Vaurent about 10 seconds after the servers came up on Saturday morning. I was the first one in the room and I start blasting my way through. Then someone else comes in, speeds right through (everyone in room 1 is shooting at me), jumps to room 2 and cherry picks the overseers equipment. Since the bounties are not as good as a regular level 3 mission, I'm not going back to the deadspaces.

Similiar thing happened to me on a 3/10 after DT the otyher day.
Some guy in a Vaga must of had a full set of keys and basically got to the last level started shotting the station right in front of me. Nothing I could do. Slightly annoying having done the previous stages and gathered the keys correctly myself.

what complexes rock at is producing a steady stream of wrecks to salvage. you want one that produces cruisers or bs though to max out your salvage recovery.
