It will need to pick up soon, or prizes will have to be reduced, alot...
The drawing of this the 104th, round of the BIG Lottery is on Monday, May 7th, 2007 - 1800 EVE time (GMT) in ingame channel 'BIG Games'.

There is no reason to invest in a non-publicly-vettable lottery run by a corporation that blatantly lies.
I'd have run a lottery over 100 times, too, if I could opaquely choose my alt every tenth drawing!
Given your now-proven propensity for lying to the Eve public, what improvements to the lottery format do you have planned?

MP, please keep it in Market Discussions. Posting here will achieve nothing. As Death Grip (Proton Power) has pointed out to you it is impossible for TS to rig the lottery. You know your number before hand (it is assigned in the order ISK is trasnferred) so he couldn't possibly assign the winning one to an alt.
Also, while I don't know the full details, CCP did audit the 1st Anniversary Lottery in which an Imperial Apocalypse was given away.
If you are that upset by recent events and can convince CCP to do so, I'm sure tracing the ISK on these characters would prove none of them have any link to BIG whatsoever. As it stands I see no need to due to the infallibilty of the drawing method.

Nobody has yet explained to me (though TS was kind enough to tell me to "RTFP", on which there are no details about this, except, "Could it be a scam? Yep. Gotta trust us.") how the numbers are chosen. I'm aware of how the ticket numbers are assigned, and that's legit, but for the drawing, it sounds like a bunch of people throw random seeds at TS, and he feeds them into an opaque PRNG and produces a result. Such a setup is eminently hackable if you're in TS's position.

Using some non-published private pseudo-random generator would indeed make the lottery tampereable, and the whole drawing event on "BIG Games" channel useless.
Quite many months ago I got interested on BIG Lottery as well, and tried to figure if it is tamper-free. Can't find the thread nor remember exact results, but was personally content to participate (due good looking ROI expectations).
Hence I (and pretty many others I reckon, including CCP) would be interested to hear how TS can rig the results the way he wants.
You probably got me interested enough so I do the work of getting on the drawing channel one day and find it out.
Yet I am surprised you find it reasonably to yell 'scammer!' just due lack of knowledge, before doing investigation. I take you will tolerate such off-topic posts on your business threads as well.

Not really. It's expected that a hostile entity in charge of such a lottery would not rig all the results, lest suspicions arise.
Indeed, even if only one in the history of the lottery were rigged, that'd still be more than enough to turn a profit by running it.
