I was looking on ebay and i saw there were still Eve accounts on ebay for sale. It looks like they changed the disclaimer but i thought all selling on ebay was forbidden now. So can u still sell things on ebay or not?

So basically all the eve-online stuff on ebay is there illegally? You cant sell anything related to eve on ebay?

All eBay-illegal. Selling EVE-stuff there or anywhere for real-world cash is a no-no.

well you "can" sell it on ebay, but if CCP finds out who you are they will give you the biggest back hand to the babie makers you have ever had, and then they will ban your account.
anything else you wanna know? ^^

Well that kinda sucks, i always had the intention that when i didnt want to play anymore I would sell my accs and move on. Im bummed that i cant do that now.

I've seen a lot of IBTL this post needs an IBTP , In before the point.
CCP can't police the e-bay website so your posting on the wrong forum to have them removed.

No, Ebay does not allow the selling of any virtual goods or services.
Its just they never look through and get rid of them or maybe miss them, who knows, bit they definatly state its not allowed.

jen- perhaps one should read over that document called the Eula that lines out what one cant and cant do?
and along the lines of that document, which you and everyone else agreed with, its good to note that the commmon "disclaimer" along the lines of "your not buying this account, you are only paying me for the time I spent working on it" holds no water either.
if you see an account for sale on ebay, report it to ebay (vitual good) and report it to ccp via petition with all the info you can supply.

afaik, eBay does remove accounts for auction. Just wait for a few days and you'll notice that the auction has been removed from listing. If it's not eBay doing that, then that's an interesting way to get past the eBay ban.
