If anyone knows of any cheap hotels with rooms available for the saturday, please let me or Shin Ra know as were having major trouble getting some booked.
Quad rooms would be preferred, we have about 7 people who are trying to find a place to stay.

I cant believe i just paid ú18 to park in Waterloo station.

Then unless you want to pay ú80-100, your in trouble.
Try the Travelodge in Holborn, its quite close to the venue and still had rooms available last i checked.
The meet coincides with some major event, whatever it is it makes staying in the capital a nightmare over the weekend tbh...
Hmm...all the rooms are gone...we were looking 3 weeks ago for hotel rooms cheap and were struggling - you need to get in early as pos for rooms it seems.

I got to the outskirts of London at about 3:30 having done 130mph down the M1 most of the way and nearly blowing up the engine in my new 10 year old car going from 5th>2nd by mistake. I was supposed to get into London at 2:30, but i went out on the Friday back home and didnt get up til 12, left at 1:45.
I got PROPERLY lost trying to get to Waterloo to dump the car in a prebooked car park and didnt get parked up til 6pm (FYI i was dying for a **** around 3pm. I nearly wet myself when i found signs to Waterloo).
I then went to Aldgate instead of Old Street meaning i couldnt dump the bag at the hostel me, Ilmonstre, Shin Ra and xxAngelxx were staying in. However as luck would have it, the Eve meet was near Aldgate so I waited and an army of taxis dropped those 3, Rick****, Calmdown and the other guys off.
Upon getting to the venue i got changed and donned my badge, immediately got a surf n turf having not eaten a single thing all day and having a couple of beers and tequilas and got on with it.
Highlights were:-
- bricking it when all i got was Shin Ra's answerphone at Waterloo
- saying 'WILL YOU ****' to some bob dude at the bar that kept saying 'we'll jump into 2:1 odds' and the subsequent arguing
- random arguing with noobs
- Tam getting his nipples out and asking me to lick them during the eve-o interview with Shin Ra, Chowdown, Rickdcik, xxAngelxx and Calmdown
- shouting at Elendar that Righteous Fury was a ****, Exuro Mortis are actually ****, and that no, sorry, you didnt kill me in the last war
- getting the last prize redrawn 6 times
- calling everyone outside the bogs a bunch of limp wristed men, incl Verone
- taking the **** out of Rickdcik and Calmdown for getting sunburn in their convertible
- discussing the finer points of straightening ones hair
- getting on the tube to go to ministry only to give up half way and go to a walkabout
- satisfy Plims idea of me wearing lipstick. While stood at the bar a nice looking girl next to me was applying lip gloss, i asked for some and got lip gloss all over my face, and not just from the applicator  I then proceeded to pucker up at everyone i recognised from 'internet spaceships' as Eve will now be known.
- internet spaceships
- waking up in a hostel at 10am in my clothes
- making the gang go to the trocadero and watch me play time crisis 5002321389401
- watching die hard 4
- getting back to the car, getting the t-bar glass out, and driving through Camden
- getting home, going to a bbq and then going straight back out again for the 3rd night in a row
Honestly, being inactive and perma afk in Eve is really hard, i dont know how i cope.
Stuff happened.
Roll on the next stupid Eve meet location: August 15th, Cafe Del Mar, Ibiza. Itll be my 5th year on the trot in the White Isle so lets do it.
