If the titan pilots were account sharing then its FAR more possible to steal one. I also think the shared accounts for titans is a myth in most cases, I don't see Evil Thug or Molle saying 'here take my titan pilot for a spin' to anyone they didn't know Biblically. The only 'shared' titan I heard about was D2's dead one.
