How about five DCU's. ~83% resist with 100K hull means more than 600K damage to destroy it.
Yay for idiots talking about stuff they don't understand. You can only activate 1 DCU on a ship.

The hardwired booster/repper is a good idea, restricting certain mods is a good idea, and so on.
Basically giving them a way to defend themselves is a good idea as the rules of Highsec combat prohibit preemptive strikes against gankers and the inefficiencies of logistics equipment means that those are of little help as well. ----------------

So basically you're saying that if you're organized and have numbers you automatically win.

Get together 13 velators and organize yourselves, teamspeak, whatever. Try to kill a domi.
