Me and a friend signed on chaos to try and test some damage setups, After a few tests my friend tried to dock and he was promptly podkilled by Either Admiral Iceblock, or SniperXL.
I went ahead and tried to dock and my ship was killed by both Admiral Iceblock and SniperXL, as I tried to dock in my pod Admiral Iceblock targetted me and threatend to attack me but I docked before he could do anything.

After this, I tried undocking and was podkilled twice, one instance he followed me and procedded to warp scramble me and podkill me.
Now, as far as I know, this is not allowed on chaos, Im not whining about losing ships, but when Im merely trying to test something its annoying.
Also, I noticed the following:
All the blackbirds are gone from the hangar.
All the caracals are gone from the hangar.
All the apocs are gone from the hangar.
Oh, lets not forget, all the RADAR ECM Scramblers are gone, but all the other ones are there, how interesting.
I tried to undock and jam/sensor damp him so I could get past him, however his friend managed to kill me.
I messaged one of the bug hunters, sadly none of them were online, which is why they were obviously just being a bunch of *****s.

Hopefully something can be done about this, Also this was all by the station, where your _not_ supposed to fight.

these 2 guys attacked me when docking from a friendly fight i had over at plannet x is this system and poded me then i undocked again to see if they were still there in a shuttle and they attacked and podded me again this time i lost over 600,000 in skill points now i cant do anything out side of this station right now without them attacking and podding me these two guys are said to be constant nusence and there is also a third guy Draxis prime here is the concord mail 2004.01.04 05:39:00

Well, since you are reading this, I guess we screwed up, and I died.
Luckily I had invested in a Basic Clone at Fight Club Co Station, that clone would be you.
Seems like the bastards managed to botch the reanimation process, frying a couple of neural pathways, resulting in a loss of 640000 points from my Plasma Physics skill. Let's hope that I remembered to insure my valuables.
Note to self: Beware of EveOwner ID: 167263601, "SniperXL". They seem to be out to get us.

This is true; while doing a simple loadout test I was pk'd at a planet.. mind you, no battle or anything going, on the player (SniperXL) simply went out of his way to kill me.
No BH's were on to "mediate" the issue.
I have the highest Respect for the BH's, but quite simply, they don't seem to be holding to the rules as they should be as of late, or on as often as they used to be.

I also have a screenshot of my obvious Non-consent to the attack, and a confession that the assailants had "been podding all day, lmao" by SniperXL. Sadly, this Screenshot has yet to find a suitable home to be posted at.
Test is a environment for TESTING. It's bad enough that people don't read the rules; it's even WORSE that some purposely log on to that server to disrupt honest testers, and many times seem to find themselves with little or no punishment it seems; they should at least be put where no harm can be done (the infamous ten million AU warp) or even banned from the server.
This is a major problem, and something needs to be done immediately by Polaris or CCP, please.

There was a wide scale battle on chaos today, everyone was attacking everyone.

Draximus Prime, I remember you attacking me after I sensor dampend Admiral so I could get past, and this was at the station. I really dont care cause you didnt do much damage to me, and I got away.
I managed to warp to a planet and Admiral followed me and proceeded to attack me and podkill me, he also warp scrambled me as well, afaik on chaos people dont fit warp scramblers on unless they intend to kill people without consent, becuase when your in a large battle I doubt your gonna need to warp scramble anyone cause there all gonna stay and get blown up for fun cause they could care less if they lose thier ships.

Just to let you know that I'm trying to look into this.
Please have some patience with us trying to deal with some of these problems - for one, we're not equipped for it (we don't have the same sort of access that the GMs do), so we need to rely on other people being generous enough to donate their time to help us sort them out. Over a holiday period like christmas, that's a lot harder. The more stuff that I get that I can point to as evidence of continued abuse and the easier it is to show it's completely intentional, the better the chances
As to our slightly diminished presence on the test server recently, I'd say it's still the post christmas lul. We're players like everyone else, but when we're on chaos we're working, going through bug reports, writing our own, and updating our information or (appropriately to this thread) trying to make sure people behave - because of that, I think everyone likes to take a little time off over christmas and either have a break or just take more time to play (trust me, trying to sort these things out can be a real downer).

We killed ppl on the Battlefield and the reason why Voogru got attacked was couse he targeted SniperXL!! He then came back in a Caracel and attacked us and died FAST!!!
He then got hes Friend and came back in a MegaThron and a BlackBird and tried to Jam me (SniperXL had logged off), of course the little n00b didnt have the right jammers so i killed him!!

1) No fighting without explicit consent. This also means not "targetting someone just to test jammers".

Last night there was a large Free for all Battle @ BF1 it was announced in local and everyone who came had a good time. Admiral IceBlock is not going to waste his time Podding players outside the test server station, whenÆs thereÆs a mass battle going on not 500k away!. If you got killed by anyone when you came to BF1 then itÆs your own fault there is more then enough space to go and test your equipment out rather then in the middle of a large battle. From this log you can see AI asks players for fights and doesnÆt just pk anyone! If you got kill and didnÆt want to be IÆm sure it was a mistake and maybe instead of posting here and trying to get players banned you should ask him why ???

It's fine if it was a misunderstanding at the time, but one thing is clear, Admiral IceBlock did podkill voogru. No matter the circumstances, that is not allowed without concent (why somebody would concent to that anyway is beyond me)
