I just talked to "Chillin Cold" in game, he is running around talking about pvp matches. I convo'd him. Talk for about 1 hour. This is whats in his bio. Tetra games held a match yesterday. I watched it. Two T1 Frigs. winner won 10mil. and Tetra games even took side bets. I don't know. but looks like it could work.
Tetra Games
Tetra games a the hub of all underground 1v1, groups, corp, and alliance pvp matches. Here you may challenge other opponents, Bet on matches, or yourself. Watch matches. The point for a common place for this underground environment is to be far for the people that gamble, and the challengers. Matches can be random or based by class.

Enrollment, Challenges and Match-ups
To enroll, send me a eve mail with what ship you'll be fighting with, how many sp you have, and how much your willing to bet. Example: 100,000 - 10,000,000. It'll be easier to find a opponent with a larger window. so the larger the window to bet the better. After this eve mail, you will be placed on a challenge list based on your skill points. YOU MAY NOT CHANGE YOUR SHIP AT THIS POINT. Once you have been matched up for a fight, the person with the lowest high bet will determine the wager amount between the fighters.
You may challenge someone once the kill board is worked out. To challenge, you must send a eve mail to me your request. With the amount your willing to wage. Please make a window for the bet. Then eve mail will be sent to the person your challenging. If that person accepts then both parties place there bets. Once the bets are collected between fighters a date and time will be talked about and set
Fighters states:
The stats for the fight will be posted one day before the matches under "Panzer Maiden" BIO. This will include
-SP
-Amount of bet between the two fighters
-The odds for side bets
Bets:
The fighters will bet against each other, the same amount of isk according to there enrollment
Other ppl may have side beats. On side bets, you'll bet against the house. There will be odds involved. Each match up will be evaluated and the stats posted
All fighter bets are to be paid, at point when the fighters accept the match. This is to ensure that a fight cant back down. If they do back down within 3 days of match there isk will be forfeited and giving to the other fighter or team. If in a group or custom match. All members registered to fight must be there, There can be no fill ins' a team my decide to fight without that player. The other team does not have to do the same. if your short one player on game day.
Payouts
The winner takes all plus half the enrollment collected for that match.
Example. You fight a bs fight, You and your opponent enrollment each is 3 mill for a total of 6 mil enrollment. You bet 100 mil on fight for a total of 200mil. The winner gets there the 200 mil, plus half enrollment of 3 mil.
Spectator seating
It will cost 1 mil isk for anybody to watch a match for a standard match, 5 mil for a big event. If you decide to watch a match, you must show up in a shuttle. If you are affiliated with one of the fighters you must show up in your alt as well not in the same corp or alliance. This is to protect the match and the fighters. Most matches will be held in High sec. There are plans to hold matches in 00 in the future, (pending what protection the Tetra games will be given, or promised)
