But it would have been nice if you'd have kept us up to date, for example why there were several more restarts after "problem already found". Proactive communication, guys, proactive communication! Not one post every other day, but one every 15 mins.
i'd rather have that they fix the hamsters then post about his progress. but that must be just me willing to get the servers up asap. to bad i can't help =(
