I currently have Miner II, but that doesn't really cut it. I usually use it for "watch a movie, leave indy to mine" but it takes a freaking 2hrs to fill that thing. And using tow miners and drones in a fig with cargo containers cuts that time to about 1,5hrs. Too much hassle for a 30min save..
And what might be the biggest Cargo Expander. The best I currently have is 27%.

My "Laser" is da biggest... 
Miner II = best laser...
27% (or was it 29?) = best expander...

Duh,
Have to wait until I can get a thorax then. Propably would make some point in cargo container mining. Or maybe I'll just start scanning all those 0.0 places for better ore (saw some red stuff, had to bug out because of bad-ass NPC =)

Hey, get real. Industrial is not for mining - it's for hauling. If you like afk mining - do it. If not, buy yourself few Giant Secure Cargo and mine with something better - frigate with 2-3 Miners (Incursus with 3 EP-S ;) or cruiser (Thorax with 5 Miner II and Mining Drones).
And learning Cruiser Skill will not take you forever - just few days.
Or team with someone else in your corp (even starting corps can be good for it) and mine to jettison hauling it from time to time.
BTW. if you have 27% cargo expander you surely are rich enough to buy a cruiser. 27% cargo are sold for about 10 milions on Trade channel as far as I remember.
Mining with an industrial is like .... is like.... can't find any good description for this. It's AFK not playing a game.

okey first thing dont mine in a indu get a cruiser , thorax is real nice to mine with 
and second LOTR : the two towers in 2 hours ? must be the fast forward edition
Who needs a shovel when you have a nice big cannon?

Hi. Sorry to be a noob here, but what is "EP-S"?
I've got an Incursus (love that ship) and would be interested to know how I can maximize my mining abilities.

EP-S gaussians cannot be purchased on the market, only thru players or as loot.

EP-S is 'only' 42 units/sec (got one from agent yesterday, threw onto pile of garbage in my items hangar)...
Get miners 2, load of co-processors and mine away in Thorax.
Your Heavy Neutron Blaster II perfectly strikes Serpentis Chief Sentinel, wrecking for 660.4 damage.
