Actually it's more like a quick 300+ mil since they have been selling for 1.3+ per as far as I know. Stacking Penalty / Resists Explained |

Firstly, you've said you are not a bondholder, so I'm not sure what your concern is.
Secondly, Ionia has a hell of alot of accounts, just because you haven't seen the Ionia character much, is meaningless.
Hell, he could just have 100 lab alts running BS BPO copying for all we know, in which case 1 hr a month would be enough time to put them all in for another month and dump them on the market.

My concern is that a buisness partner with a great deal of my assets has disappeard. I know how many accounts he has. I know his PVP alts. I know alot of his industrial alts.
Cheers, Imode

Treelox says the guy has been trying. Can't blame him for bringing it out public. Don't think he's going to get much satisfaction via this method though. I've yet to see a single one of the old timer fund managers respond to forum harassment in any way that might be called favorable.
And, considering the content of previous attempts to get Ionia's attention... If it were me he'd be lucky if he wasn't on my block list. Of course there is supposedly the matter of some assets in play. I'd return those forthwith and divest myself of someone so inclined as Imode has demonstrated.
IMHO what I get from this whole business, from Imode's early postings, is Imode wanting to know what is Ionia's business. Imode can't seem to imagine any business that Ionia may have or be engaged in that allows Ionia to not log in regularly. Imode also appears to be under the impression that he knows all of Ionia's accounts and alts (And truly, only my closest friends in Eve know that in detail) and thus assumes that Ionia is paying dividends from the funds gathered... not from any actual activity.
However, regarding the bond issue itself. Ionia pays the dividends as specified by the ipo/bond issuance statement that everyone read, agreed to, and purchased the bonds with. Ionia is not obligated to divulge the method nor means of profit. Just make the payments and honor any obligations in that initial prospectus.
Thus, in the end, a lot of drama over one person's need to know when they've apparently built an expectation of it. It's nothing to do with this bond, to be honest, and Ionia may in fact be simply ignoring Imode quite specifically for good reason.
Who are we to know? More importantly, since this seems to be a personal matter not related to MD or the bond... who the heck are we to judge/bother/whatever?

I dont claim to know all of his alts, however I do know many of the ones he frequented. So my first post did come out a bit wrong, however that was mainly because it was led that direction. As far as Ionia's buisness plan is concerned; I know what it was 4 months ago.

So, I guess the real question is: What is your purpose here specifically? Is there some reason Ionia is not answering you? I know there are people in game I don't respond to because I choose not to respond to them. Or, more importantly, are you a bond holder or share holder? The gist of the problem here is, me thinks, that you are not being able to communicate with Ionia for whatever reason (Likely by Ionia's design). So, you've come here as a last ditch effort, you've spread a good healthy dose of FUD, and you hope that you'll antagonize Ionia enough to respond to you finally. And if not, you'll simply attempt a scorched earth attitude with Ionia's reputation... or so you believe. Now, I'm not at all trying to troll you mate. I'm just saying, from all that you've said the summary seems to be the above. And, well, if it is your issue would've been better posted on COAD than here. COAD people go for that sort of thing. Around here we have drama but we like to keep it to quantifiables if we can.

As far as I know there is no reason for Ionia not to contact me IF he has any idea that I am trying to get ahold of him. We were in the middle of trying to finish some buisness when he, well, i dunno. Disappeared?
ect ect...

Thanks, now we have perspective that we can understand. I wish you luck in your efforts.

I know of others who havent been able to reach Ionia for months, even those attempting to reach him by the prescribed method in the bond write up for bond buy backs and reissuances.
OFC those others would rather pine in silence or to people in game, since they fear they will be immediately branded a FUD spreader.
---
I also know that the corp him and I used to be corp m8s in(FTEK), hasnt really seen hide nor hair of those characters of his that belong in that corp, nor to my understand on the corp forums, since about the same time as his disappearence in the begining of November.

Last I'll say on this matter, for this month. --

It seems clear Ionia has disappeared... maybe one day to return... but at the moment the chance of getting a div on monday seems to be approaching zero quickly.
I don't see why anyone should be attacked for wondering where the hell Ionia is on these forums, if that is considered rude, harassing, mean, annoying, etc then IPO's are doomed. When a CEO of an IPO/Bond disappears and fails to pay divs for an entire month and had been apparently playing less and less prior to that it is 100% fair for any shareholder, and even non shareholders, to ask what is going on and to keep asking until they get an answer.
Frankly it's getting close to the point where Ionia is going to have to be labeled a scammer. Perhaps Ionia didn't intend to scam... perhaps it was a hit by a bus incident... perhaps the internet is inaccessable for some reason... but the end result is that at the moment all investors have lost all their money they had in him. So call it a scam, call it a failed business, call it a disappearing act... but don't get mad at people who call it what it is, a major problem.

I'm giving it 90 days from the last dividend payout before I completely write it off in my books but it's really not looking good. Even now I'm starting to regret buying it at 400k.
I prefer to think that it's a hit-by-a-bus situation but the fact that many people claim payments continued for months after Ionia essentially stopped playing and communicating with the rest of EVE makes me think that this is a case of Ionia loosing interest/time to play EVE and simply leaving all of his investors hanging.
By the way, nice call Ricdic.

Thanks to a very badly timed computer crash (that video card has been RMA'ed) I received the shares, confirmed that fact and then my client closed. I was back on within 15 minutes and paid in full as his post confirms but for those ~15 minutes he had good reason to be concerned. All is well though and I've never had a complaint against me that wasn't resolved within the day.

I'll take them. I'm on now and will be on later tonight.
It appears (for the moment at least) that Kwint is a thief, who has taken the shares but not sent the money for them.
Its only 860 mil he owes me, not the end of the world, but should be a word of warning for people who do future business with him.
Of course if he does set this right then i'll retract the statement.
At the moment it appears he took the bonds, confirmed to me that the recept and then went offline.

All of my shares of FRPB/LMTA were just bought back. It appears Ionia has finally returned, or at least someone who claimed to be Ionia's alt. I was sent all the money first, I then send the shares to Ionia as directed.
Glad I didn't sell them off under-valued.
Apparently Ionia was hit by a bus, ironic as that may be, as she was driving home one day but her backup plan on repaying investors fell through.
But I'll repeat, I got every penny back... apparently Ionia will be back on shortly to repay others who wish to cash out.
It seems every other IPO should re-look at their "hit by bus" scenario and make sure it is in working order... another good piece of advice would be to look both ways for buses when driving before crossing intersections!
