Not officaly no but they are there none the less, some of them are Kick ass players to I wont name the particular persons character but she kicked my as in PvsP big time, I didn't stand a chance
If I wanted to RP a night elf in game in EVE, it does not make me a night elf who captains a spaceship. It makes me a crazy Gallentean bastard who thinks he's a night elf.
If you have a friend who claims he's a part-cat spaceship captain, he is not actually part cat. He's just crazy and thinks he is.
You can't get round the Universe's prime fiction that easily............
