Which alliance on this server kills people and also bots a lot, and just generally cheats and trash talks a lot, and just generally has a bad reputation?

They found an exploit with their complexes, and made well over 20B (yes, Billion), before anyone noticed.
Plus, they're close to goonswarm, another alliance with a questionable reputation

Yes, and sell the ISK online they get from plexes and bot farming, this includes UL. They also exploit game mechanics and abuse the logoffski more than anyone.

not surprising coming from a BoD alt. BoD (or Band of Brothers/Developers) has the largest concentration of developers which aid their alliance. They have taken advantage of said complex exploit and it wasn't shut down until someone outside their alliance found it. Not only that but they had a developer spawn T2 BPO's (and rumor has it many other items) for their alliance. Several of them share accounts as well. If you're looking for a corrupt alliance look no further than BoD.

dont forget they moved into the most complex rich region , which then got a +50% complex increase/dev love boost , nice free iskies to sell
