Just started to build cap ships, I'm halfway done with my first cap build, however, I've noticed how much the cap components are worth, so I am thinking base upon the value of the parts it seems more profitable to build and sell the cap components rather then the ship, am I wrong or what? |

Number-wise, you likely arent wrong. In actual practice, however, immensely wrong as a whole. Cap parts are what, 10k m3 apiece? The only type of ship that can haul those with any ease is a freighter, which is often used for better things. Not everyone's going to want to buy cap parts because of that.
Remember, cap parts increase value of minerals, and a finished cap ship increases value of the cap parts. Even if you sold the cap ship for the exact same cost of it's composite cap parts, you'd find a buyer for the ship before the individual parts. |

What volume of capital parts does the market support, and what volume of capital ships does the market support? Maybe you build some of both?
