If there is a minimum bid on the auction, please do not post much lower offers - the buyer will only reject them. Such bids clutter the thread and could be considered spam.

I offer 17 bil but since it is blacklisted to both goons and PL its use to me is 10 bil less. SInce I can use him other than low sec. 7 bil highest offer.
minus 10 bil because of the owner's in game actions.
Flying it like you stole it, because half of the others in eve have.-á
