Im sure im not alone, when at times you just want to pwn in a crappy cheap ship. There's alot more excitement in the 'david(you) & goliath(target)' fights.
Mine's the Arby or Punisher. Depending on the target.
What's the bets fight you had in your tin cans?
I once downed a comorant and two cara's in a punisher 3v1... fun as hell. pew pew!

I had another char that was only a few weeks old. I decided to try out a long range PvP burst for some fun. While testing it briefly in a high-sec system vs some rats in jumps a thrasher and steals some ammo from one of the containers I left behind. Without hestitaion I activate my warp disruptor and start pounding him with my light missiles. He tried to get in range but fails. When hes at 50% armor my cap fails, he jumps to station (15km in those days). I follow him and there I finish him off. He put upp some fun smack in local. But winning that fight felt so damn great 
Another one was when I had a cat n mouse game for awhile with a thorax in my celestis. We ended upp at a planet and it was a player much older then me with -8 or -9 in sec staus, T2 fitted aswell. I start to own him  . When he's in structure in comes a corp mate of his in a wolf. I manage to finish the thorax of just as wolf gets with 20km. And I proceed to beat upp the wolf. Just as he goes pop, and me beeing all out of cap, the thorax player comes back in an amarr inty and finish me off. Was awesome fight.

ok let me start with the t2 hurricane i killed in my thorax, or the punisher that i killed in my reaper with an ewar badger as a wingman. yeah in fact the last one is way more interesting.

I once killed a Hammerhead in a Velator, it was close, both my civilian armor repairer and civilian shield booster were working at full speed to keep my ship intact.
Ah! the joys of baiting pirates, think I might try it again.

I think that the most bang for the buck skillpoint-wise is the Vexor. Biggest thing I've soloed in a Vexor: a Geddon, and a Mega, not at the same time. Yes they were PVP fit. It was in RMR however, and I had specifically fitted racial ECM. Thank God ECM is nerfed now.

Other then a velator :) i would of said that the Punisher with auto's is pretty deadly took a brutix in it which i thought was pretty good :)

My fav cheap ship to go out in is my trusty Punisher, tough as a nut that wont break with those stupid nut *****er things but generally falls to hammers and such and bleeds my opponent. Great for ransom work.

Hmm, iw hadd a feew of thous.. my more or less faviourite way to fight tbh..
like.. in my ranis killing a tempest..
Stabber running around a system beeing chased by about 10 ppl, killing off all theyr ceptor pilotes (including a gistii fitted crow)
my alt in here vexor, killing a rokh
my alt in here vexor taking on, and killing a crow, stabber and another vexor in a 3on1 fight..
And i hadd a fun one the other day.. my alt (again) in a messed up fitted thorax, (all t1 or crappy named) killing a t2 fitted brutix..
I had neutron blasters, 2 damage mods, a dcu, med repper..

Got a few BS kills in my thorax back in oursulaert, and a ton using a brutix (including t2 fitted ravens etc)
I almost (ALMOST!) killed a 7 neutron II megathron with my tristan one time, but his support arrived

I've had fun attacking people in a tormentor. 1 med slot gives option of a scrambler only. with 2 AC and a drone, destroying cruisers takes a while...

3 fools camping a gate for hours popping Shinra ships coming though without checking alliance chat.
1 Ferox, 1 Cyclone, 1 Stabber w/ frig guns.
Not a one running a single T2 mod among them (this was shortly after BCs came out).
In jumps an Arma & Vaga, fully T2 without a single stab. The Arma decloaks, we pounce not knowing what the second ship is yet. The Vaga does not even decloak until the Arma's in hull. When it decloaks it goes for the Cyclone, but never gets past 70% shields before it's scrammed, jammed, webbed, and popped. Pods got away tho. :(
Both of the vanquished were very highly ranked in Shinra, you'd think they would listen to corp/alliance chat before jumping... or were just so sure they could take out 3 T1 ships without a problem.
That was a fun fight for us. :)
Another was my first encounter with a Harpy. THAT was a real fun fight, in my T1 arty plated stabber. Watching my shields vanish at 70+ KM to a frig was a real eye-opener.

huh!? strange no one has mentioned the rifter yet. to me its uber in the low sp dept. and i thought it was everyoneŠs else too.
i regularly make these alts, train them for a few hours and go blasting away with web, scram and alles (t1 ofc).
die a lot though, but iŠve gotten a year old player in a t2 fitted cruiser (some ppl just stay nubs:)

They had a gate camp in urlen and I decided to give them a go. All 4 bc died and the ceptors ran. I guess the ceptors didnt know I was out of cap charges and ammo when they ran.

Reminds me of the time I took out an AC Maelstrom in my Thorax.
So I'm in my Plate-a-micro-blasta-Thorax when I see a Mael on gate. I'm like, "WOEH". He attacks, and the gate guns open on him. PEWPEWKAPEWPEPWEWPEWPPEW PEW PEW KA PEW PEW. I'm at 10% structure when he blows. He was a full year older than me, I was like 3M SP at the time. Fairly proud moment.
Or the time I killed an AFK Caracal in my Myrmidon. True David v. Goliath moment.

Rupture, Thorax, Taranis and Rifter. I do pimp them out in t2 stuff, but they're consideragbly cheaper and die much much more easily than everything else I fly, and I sometimes just love to cruise around solo not worring about being ganked (because they're oh-so replacable)
As for david vs Goliath: myrmidon, rifter, stilleto and hurricane vs 2 t2 fitted pvp megathrons. One of them tanked so long i thought I'd run out of ammo, but we won, without a single casualty
Or how about killing megathron in a caracal and a rifter?
Drake takedown in 2 rifters (yes it was passive tanked and took eons)?

I took down a Probe in my Helios.
Not the greatest of achievements, but I didn't have any guns on (Helios only has 2 high slots, so probes and cloak) and had to do it with the single drone that would fit in my bay (5 m3 4tl).
I had my cloak fitted as well, which at the time I was really worried about cos they were 75mil or something on the market

Flying a bellicose with the following setup: 3x 200mm t2 ac's, 2 hml's tackling gear, 800 plate sar2 eanm and hammerheads, against 2 proph. Warped in, realised one of them was 30 km away, so began firing at the closest one. He's in half hull when his mate arrives to aid. He pops and his mate barely manages to warp away. Was real fun, but i suspect they had no idea of what they were doing.

Yea dude, similar with me, however my raven got away. This raven had a MWD and decided to mwd out of my scram range :( Learnt my lesson to fit web/scram and miss out on the propulsion mods. Killed a few caracals and a moa in my punisher too.
I've killed a SNIGG harpy in my kestrel :)
However all along time ago really Back in my buffed rumpuss zit did days.
