The only time I'd use the damp rigs is if I went with a 3x damp Pilgrim. If using the 2x damp + burst combo, I'd suggest rep amount rigs.

Curious,
I see alot of people suggesting to use ECM burst t2, they seem rather useless to me, why use them?

You don't need Amarr frig lvl5 to fly Pilgrim, you just need cov ops lvl4 and cov ops skill requires Amarr frig lvl4.

better check again.....
He's right except its the cruiser skill than requires frig IV, not the cov ops skill. If the cov ops skill required amarr cruiser IV then that'd probably **** off a lot of other racial pilots

Well, if we want to get really technical the t2 bursts are indeed useless since the cetus burst has the same strength, needs far less cap and is actually cheaper, too.
But that pretty much the same for all EW modules (well, exept the "cheaper").
