So just to sum up for those coming late to the party:
NSC: We are the lawful one's! CVA are good and lawful! We support the just and lawful. Aren't we good?!
Informant: CVA offered you space and they're lying to you. No you're not good, you're weak willed.
NSC: *blustering* well... erm... no! you're wrong! CVA offered us space *after* we committed as a sweetener.... (i'm sure someone will by it eventually btw)
Ex NSC: erm, no... we pretty much agree with Informant, also CVA are a bunch of asses who let their allies die
CVA: Point of interest, we only allow our stupid allies to die... you know, the ones that ask for intel and get fed false intel. They're the stupid ones... Also the ones asking for help, they're stupid also... Misaba docking ramp has a nice cafe by the way!
NSC: There was no talk of deals. you're all pirates..
SF: errr... no we aren't... oh wait, you asked CVA and they told you we were pirates... i'm sure i heard that one before... ah yes... Sylph telling UCE that BUM were pirates!
NSC: so you don't pirate?! why are we shooting you then?!
SF: Well there's this leash you see and CVA are holding the none circle bit...
Realpolitik: oh and btw, NSC aren't entirely dumb, they are thinking about making a back stab plan just in case the CVA deal goes wrong
NSC: *opens comms to engineering* Scotty! we need more power, get more power to the reverse engine thrusters!
In short, NSC, get out while you still can. Once you've sorted your diplomacy with SF, come and speak to U'K and find out what is actually true and what isn't. It's increasingly obvious that CVA are (unsuprisingly) manipulating the truth in an effort to keep their meatshield in place. NOS might also do well to consider their position carefully... how many times have you seen CVA covering you in the past weeks? records show even more of you dying to our guns than before, this with the shooting of NSC, PIE, Delectum and VV pilots as well as, of course, CVA. Those of the RP core I understand why you fight with CVA, you have your fight and that is noble. The rest of you, what are you playing at?! CVA are cashing cheques they can't pay to get you guys to stand at the front and die.
I hope if nothing else, CVA's 'allies' start to consider carefully what they're gaining from this losing fight. Or possibly what CVA is gaining at their expense.
