The ore hold already covers gas. I don't think there is a need for a T3 miner of any size.
The T1 venture is a very serviceable mining and gas ship, far better than when I started had to mine with a navitas and vexor before the venture. Fast in and fast out, ore bay not too large to make you hang out all day trying to huff in someone else's wormhole.
T1 Venture. 3H(2hard points) 3M 1L slots 5k ore and 2 drones, not bad for hi sec Role bonuses: 100 %bonus to Mining and Gas Cloud Harvesting yield(that equal power of 4 lasers) +2 +bonus to ship warp core strength(this amazes me, I was scramed the other day in a wormhole and walked away) Mining Frigate bonuses (per skill level): 5 %bonus to Mining yield(these add up to a free cycle every 3 1/2 cycles per laser, or equals to a 5th laser or gas harvest) 5 %reduction in Gas Cloud Harvesting duration Max unboosted yeild 31.5k ore per hour, without rigs Max gas 24.5k per hour
I haven't had no experience with the T2 ships, almost looks like a ninja miners or huffers dream. Loses points for not having warp core strenght, but that's what all the low slots are for. And loses points for no drones, but that's not a bad thing if ninja in ninja out, not there to fight. 150 cargo hold doesn't sound like much, but it's plenty for a depot and a few fits that would be needed for long trips and wormholing.

The Enderance is more of a work horse, than a sneak in and steal gas. Instead of gas, it dose get ice mining bonuses. And dosent have to have covert ops cloak to be able to move around on grid, have the cheapest of cloaks and still move at full speed. More shield tanky, get resist bonuses on top. But no +2 warp core strength like the venture

There really isn't much being missed by not having a t3 mining ship of any size. I don't know what kind of features could be added and be practical. Any higher on yeild bonuses, it would be getting well in barge and exhumer ranges.
