Its 60 seconds for sure as I have timed it. It used to be 30 seconds, but now its 60. This goes for not only docking, but jumping through a gate.

Damnit my Abaddon died 58 seconds after I disengaged! I could have sworn it was 30s, but I just timed it off Fraps and it could well be 60s. Thats a bit of bugger -_-

Bah, that is a bugger. Use a stopwatch if you have one, it really comes in handy so you don't have to guess in the future.
