If you are looking to set up a corp in Minmatar or Gallente space, I can provide you a new corp with the proper standings or even repair the standings of your current corp. The costs are as follows:
.6 and below: 200mill
.5 and below: 150mill
(corp setup fees not included)
Though I have a GTC sale thread with plenty of good rep built up, I will provide a discount and waive corp set up fees for the first 2 corps that hire me.
Discounted fee will be 130mill for .6 and below.

According to my calcs you have over 9 minmatar republic standing to be able to deliver in those timeframes. Is that correct? If so I cannot understand why you cannot do Gallente 0.7 as the referred standing to Gallente is usually only a bit behind. The calc I used is at:

I am not sure whether or not that calculator is correct or not but from my experience, those times are down to about that but I could be a day off. Just went off of memory. Currently, my standings are as follows:
Minmatar Republic: 7.85
Gallente Federation: 7.43
So technically, I could make the .7 anchoring in Gallente but being I have not made a .7 corp for them yet, I would not feel comfortable giving a time frame until I get it a bit higher. I should have over 8.0 with both in the very near future.
Thanks for the heads up though. Feel free to chime in and keep me honest at any point.

Yeah that calc does appear to be accurate. There is a formula around on the Starbase forum ((Av individual standing - current corp standing)/4)+current corp standing which predicts the rise or fall per downtime. I have tested it on a few occasions and found it to be correct.
So that said. Your minmatar standing increase should go:
Day 0: 0
Day 1: 1.96
Day 2: 3.43
Day 3: 4.54
Day 4: 5.37*
Day 5: 5.99
Day 6: 6.45*
Day 7: 6.8
Day 8: 7.06*
and gallente:
Day 0: 0
Day 1: 1.86
Day 2: 3.25
Day 3: 4.3
Day 4: 5.08*
Day 5: 5.67
Day 6: 6.11*
Day 7: 6.44
Day 8: 6.69
Day 9: 6.87
Day 10: 7.01*
