[3] "Lets hope thirteen was kidding..." ... I'd guess so, Manticore requires Bombers skill to operate, and haven't seen that one available even on Chaos yet. o.o That said, it's the one elite frigate i want so... hoping someone got that BP offer and did accept it so they appear on market soon ;.; |

[5] "qual, wanna explain why u think this ?" As explained by Papa Smurf, people running projects in some research fields other that startship engineering will also be included in ship blueprint lotteries. They will have much smaller chance of winning because they don't get the research bonus, but that's where the luck factor comes into play. ;s |
