Hi all,
I am about to leave my corp for a bit to create an alt corp to anchor my own research POS. Given that I will be out and about I thought that it might be a good idea to sell this service to people.
1) Do you wish to use your current corp as POS owner?
If so then you will need to let me join the corp and everyone else with standing less than the required level will have to leave. We then need to wait the needed 7 days or so for the corp standing to catch up.
2) Do you want to create a new corp as the POS owner?
This is the quicker way. I create the corp and do a storyline mission. This kicks the standing up to mine in about 1 day.
Either way I anchor the control tower and then you can all rejoin the corp (or new corp) and I hand over the CEO job and resign my roles.
BONUS: I have sufficient standing with a number of Minmatar Corps that will allow the creation of Jump clones. This will mean that as your people re-join the corp they can (for the first day) create jump clones up to their level of Infomorph Psych skill!
The financials:
1. I have enough money to pre-purchase small and medium control towers but would need you to provide a 'large' one if that was your choice.
2. I will provide 1 full week of POS fuel for you placed in an online corp hangar array close to the control tower. The cost of the fuel and hangar are included in the price.
3. I will name a new corp to your requirements (if needed)
4. The process will take up to 2 weeks to complete.
5. I require a 50 mill deposit to cover the purchase of fuel, corp hangar array and guard me against time wasters. This money is NOT refundable but DOES count toward the final bill. This money is required whether or not I purchase a control tower for you.
6. If you wish to have more fuel supplied to you in the initial instance then I can arrange for it at extra cost.
7. The final price for this service is 150 million ISK plus the cost of the CT if I paid for it. The money is due after Downtime on the day that the control tower is successfully anchored. Once the money is paid to me we perform the handover as soon after downtime as possible. IE your new CEO to be joins; I hand over to that character; 24 hours later I leave corp. It is advisable if you want your corp to take on jump clones that they do so within that 24 hours before the standings decay.
Trust:
You will note that this process requires trust in both directions. For me it is trust that you will proceed and I won't get stuck with a control tower and corp I don't want. For you it is handing over the cash before I hand over the reigns. If you need references I have some. For one I run the officially CCP recognised fansite (in my sig) and have a reputation as being an honest trader in these forums (I used to trade faction ships and still trade researched ship BPOs).

Part 2: Useful info
FUEL.
Gallente Control Towers (CT) take the fuel that is in Ice belts that are in Gallente space. Minmatar CT take Ice from Minmatar Ice Belts. Placing a foreign CT in your lacal space means that you will need to mine out of region and import the materials. This becomes a big chore for a small corp and I don't advise it for you first POS.
- Small Minmatar CT
A Minmatar small CT can take 3 Labs and a Hangar Array (offline) at most. You can still remove stuff from the offline hangar array but you cannot add to it. To bring it online requires a lab to be taken offline to be careful to plan your usage so that no research is underway at the time.
- Small Gallente CT
This CT can take 3 labs AND a hangar all online at the one time.
- DEFENCES
It is a good idea to have one or two Large and a few small weapons anchored but offline at your POS. Right now the rules are that EVEN IF WAR DECCED Concord will still protect your POS, so no weapons are needed. The fact is that CCP are looking at changing this and having the gear there and ready might mean that your POS is not one of the first to die after that mythical patch comes to be.

Due to an unexpect delay in timing (1 week) Zeza has decided to withdraw from the deal. As the dealy was not of Zeza's making, I have refunded the 50mill deposit.
That means that in approximately 10 days time I will have an opening for another job.

Hi Sanddor,
Sorry about the delay in replying. I haven't checked this post in a couple of days. Anyway Thakala is in Ammarr space. I have negative standing with the Amarr so the closest I could anchor a POS would be in Vard which is about 14 jumps away and is a 0.4 system
