Logging during a mission already has a penalty in missing bonus etc.

Now just needed someone to come up with a similar idea for those peeps that jump into a new system and then log ...... maybe halve/reduce the agro timer instead of removing it completely. So keep the emergency warp and have folks hanging around in space for say a seven minute aggro timer. The only downside is it adds another danger to low sec mission running, and lets face it that isn't exactly the most popular pastime as it is.
