probably macro farmers, usually is with KoS especially corps like T'ang and beatlrice (think they have left now). But i think 90% of KoS alliance are macro farmer cloaking loggofski ebaying ravens.

Unfortunately logging off & cloaking ratting BSes is something that the game obviously allows, so no point in whining about it -- just find ways to counter it.
The secret Xelas Prototype Stealth Bomber Raven Fleet with build-in Stabs for example is a challenge in Fountain, but personally - soooo satisfying when you manage to catch them and kill them  .
"Power ratters" with cloaks, stabs & insta ctrl-q @ belt with alts to check system aren't invincible, just a challenge.

Isk farmers seem to use plenty of pods/shuttles to scout 2 or 3 times so sit on each side of a gate with 1 or 2 intys maybe a dictor and some gank ships cloaked.. toss some retrievers somewheres else for their scanners to pickup and you've got yourself some ganks. Killed many isk farmers with this simple tactic.

AAA/RA might not do it as much anymore, but you guys are why it is called a "Loggofski", so for you to be angry at them for doing it is rather hypocritical, don't you think?
But regardless, logging is lame, ships are cheap.

I've also been seeing some former KOS pilots that fly Ravens with at least 2 stabs, 2 sensor boosters, and fof missiles NPCing in many systems...macroratting.
Quite hard to catch, but we've managed to kill at least two with some good use of probes and an arazu.

KOS is one of those joke alliances that only survives because it's got RA backing it and has done nothing to show it has any skills on its own. They've been given the stations that RA doesn't want.

You will probably never lose a ship if you logout the second anybody enteres local, as xelas well knows...
