Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this post.
Im am the CEO of Colossus Technologies, one of the founding corporations of the XETIC alliance. I would like to bring to your attention a situation that is happening in "Catch" region.
XETIC has a faithful NAP with our close neighbours Stain and Curse, both have upheld the NAP to the greatest of their abilities and we have had little or no ship kills from either party. Firstly, Thank you both for being so honorable.
The increasing number of Evolution players in Catch is starting to interupt our normal hauling routes. These new "pirates" and I use the term strongly, are attacking any pilots entering the stain, curse and immensea regions. They mainly pray on industrial ships and always pod the players flying them.
They have become a pest, vermin if you will. They have no business being in this region of space and I urge Evolution to reconsider their actions. We will not stand idly by and watch our industrial ships be shot down by cowards anymore.
XETIC is a peacefull alliance, Curse and Stain are good friends in our eyes, we have never had a problem with either party. Call Curse pirates all you wish.. but if you must call anyone you should all be calling Evolution...
They are the universes "real" pirates, spineless cowards who attack industrial ships and flee when confronted by Curses mighty fleet.
All players beware, Evolution are in the Catch region and are deadly.

Since the day you activly hunted down one of our ships, afk in space, and killed it, we changed our stance for xetic to "nah, dont worry about them" to, "kill them when you see them".
Live with the consequences.

Xetic killing a afk evol pilot? Come on, do you really think someone is going to believe that. Think of something else, give us proofs or stfu.
EDIT: And what is evol doing afk in space under a war, i tought you all was 133t pvp pilots.

Yes you've stated what I have known for a long time that Evolution are nothing more than pirates. Atleast we have the decency to admit it

There's something missing from your impressions though: wit.
As for XETIC, it has been explained for a very long time how warzones function regarding unidentified entrants. Anything unidentified or unexpected are considered hostile and will be destroyed. This is not barbarism, this is not piracy, this is simply common sense.
We are not responsible for your failure to realize this.
Our first duty is to ensure the success of our operation and the wellbeing of our people and our allies.
Any self respecting organization would have that as their first duty as well. However, XETIC seems to not care enough to educate their people of how to safely operate amidst a war. It is beyond foolish to parade into a warzone without notifying those who control the space you are going into.
You say you have a NAP with CA and Stain. I think that's cool. But they don't own the space you went into and died in. We do. You do not have NAPS with us, you did not inform us of your passing. You died.
That was then.
Now due to your failure to learn and adapt to the rules of the battlefield, you become wroth with us and have on one occasion, destroyed an industrial ship. What this does is makes it untenable for us to allow you to pass even if you ask us beforehand. Some of us might allow you to go unmolested, some might say "no". All in all the general idea is that you are no longer safe in our prescence.
Even with this situation, you can still achieve ZERO shipping losses to us by simply asking if you can pass. We will tell you "no", and you can then decide whether you want to take our advice or die. In fact, to be completely safe, just stay away from us, period.
As it is, XETIC has not warranted any hunt on our part. But calling us names is a move towards annoying us. Do you want to succeed in annoying us?

You've known we were pirates for a long time? I guess we can use that to determine how long you've been clueless.

they were in a warzone from the start between SA and CA, we haven`t killed any XETIC in a camp or during hunting raids so how can u claim "unexpected" or unidentified" now that u are there? guess u don`t even bother to see who enters the system then...
if u don`t want them near u, just say to them that they will be shot on sight cause of what u`ve said it`s bull**** 
and u have mentioned piracy, can we call u pirates now? and SA for harboring pirates?

Evolution came to Curse after a scum-deal, to eject Omega corp. failed
Evolution go to Curse to fight CA. failed
Evolution brings in it's n00blar FA allies to fight the CA. failed
Evolution gets cold feet and desperately tries to save it's reputation and super carebears and not pirates. successful
Now you can go and devolve.

I'd tell you how Xetic professed they were neutral. We give people the benefit of the doubt. The supposedly neutrals convinced themselves that they had to kill an indy of ours, and they did. Now we won't give them the benefit of the doubt.
It's nice how people think they post something witty when they just end up getting caught with their clues nowhere to be found.

Common sense, yea sure. That is just a lame excuse for killing peaceful traders.

Evol pilot 2: Look there is a pilot from the peaceful and friendly Xetic alliance in a mighty and fearful industrial ship.

Serious, there is no need and no excuses for killing and podding pilots from the xetic alliance. You could have asked them to leave. Evol was the one that came and started all this mess, not they.

Xetic failed to clearly state their stance. Their pilots continued cries of "We have a NAP!" as they are getting podded leads me to believe Xetic leadership does a poor job of informing it's members.
You actively hunted one of our ships without considering the ramifacations. You now have to deal with the situation.
Lalente (sic) couldn't wait to thank us for ticking you guys off. You state you will not be drawn into a war. Wonder why she so happy?
If anyone should perhaps reconsider their stance it would be someone who wants to maintain their neutrality.
Since the beginning of the CA thing, Evol pilots let all xetic ships pass if at all possible. Yes, we undoubtedly locked and scrambeled many, while identification took place. Yes, we quite possibly destroyed some who were "derilict" or jumped to a gate with 25 of us in system without so much as a "hey guys, coming thru".
As a footnote. Your pilots language and behavior would shame Homo on his best days, and makes CA look like boyscouts in the smacktalk department.
