I like the PvP part of the game, but am curious on the best way to make isk to pay for ship and module losses and upgrades etc. Is getting an alt the answer? Production alt? Mining alt? etc. Lets hear some of your methods for supporting your combat character.

Cap 800's is normally a good buy , take a few jumps and sell there is often a 100% mark up. also take one races ships/modules to another races hub.. e.g buy Caldari in Caldari space, take to Gallente space, buy Gallante take to Caldari, looking to see what is available in each area and the buy orders is is very easy to see whare easy money is to be made. On the day T3 BC's were launched I made over 500 mill in a couple of hours buying drakes for silly money in Caldari space taking them a few jumps and selling for bloody ridiculous money in amarr space. Its al about watching the market and getting in first when an opportunity arises

Depends on how skint I am 2. 0.0 ratting. I enjoy going deep into someone elses territory and ratting for a 3-4 days salvaging as I go so I can get a ton of rig components for the corp and make isk for myself 3. L4 pirate missions. Snake implants... yum I never really sell pvp loot. If I can't use it it goes to the corp. If I can then I keep it. I'm a pack rat really. __ The way to stop isk farmers is to STOP BUYING ISK. Robbin peoplez, trading, random "investments" >> and of course general looting (Havnt had a ransom in ages though tbh) kill a tiny amount of rats when im bored guess that covers an odd loss here or there. Plus im careful bout keepin my losses to a mininum (isk wise not really ship wise ) dont fly too big ships, biggest loss in ages was a t2 Ruppy tonight but dam good fight and well worth it. ------------------------------

For industry, you make stuff in 1 month batches, max our the adv mass production & just build. Mark your calendar so you know when it's done. Do the same with t2 and it reduces the need to constantly baby factories. I also buy my manufacturing material in 3 month cycles. Meaning I can build for 3 months b4 Irun out. That help? I can make crazy amount of money really fast. For example, in last 2 months I made about 25 billion I spend crazy amount of money really fast. For example, I'm down to 500 mil from that 25 bil My pvp is crazy. In last 2 months I have bought and lost 4 faction battleships and 3 full grade pirate implant sets. I got about 221 kills using Machariel and 86 kills using Navy Mega. I have given away 3 billion to various corp/alliance members just to encourage them to pvp. I burn bright and burn out quickly :-/

Look into my eyes ... errr, BIO. If you are into ISK/h, you are better off with LVL4, 0.0 ratting and plex running - especially the latter. But all of the above require constant interaction with the PC, grinding one might say. Trading - at least this type, doesn't require constant adjusting and interacting, so it goes better with my RL - and i actually like what I am doing. :) --------------------------------------------------
Laah T'Sin	Posted - 2007.05.29 13:09:00 - [49] Firstly i'm in a 0.0 alliance that does support it's members so for fleets and other "official" battles the ships and equip is handed out for free to our members. For all the other PvP and pewpew i usually grind lvl4 missions with my alt or trade a bit. What i never do is earn money in 0.0 except if i can run a plex (which is not usually the case).
